I like the idea of bringing new blood in. It can bring a fresh new set of eyes on the project. There will be little to no bias with respect to transitioning from old MRP to the modern one. Sure, there can be growing pains if he’s accepted. However the application seems well-written enough to believe Malcolm and grow and be a positive contributing staff member.

How do you plan on benefiting our server? I bring the most experience in the gamemode. I’ve played thousands of hours of old MRP and hundreds of hours in serious roleplay servers. I bring creative ideas to the team and attempt to create content and fun for all users. When it comes to making and suggesting changes, I take into consideration the gameplay, fairness, fun, and replayability. One of the biggest strengths of mine is that I put the server health at the forefront of my decision making when it comes to staffing. Staffing is a spectrum and not black and white in my eyes. It’s important to take each decision in context when choosing how to react. I’d consider myself very partial, punishing friends, rewarding those I may not gel with, and I’m not afraid to tell people they’re wrong, admit my own faults, and challenge the status quo in the name of a fun server. Well shit… My goals had to change due to my career but I’m a man of my word. I barely missed on squats, failing on my 3rd set after 4. Bench I missed by only doing 3 on my 2nd set. Talking over bodies is not and has never been a rule. The only warn you could get is for toxicity which only ever happens if you’re overly toxic or someone has something against you. There doesn’t need to be a rule change cause there is no rule, but I guess it can be further clarified (for the 36th time) that reporting for “talking over bodies” is not a thing. TL:DR: “Get fucked” to your buddy or someone of reasonable skill will not get you warned. “Holy shit you’re so fucking ass just uninstall, shitter” to a random person / new player would get you warned like the douche you are if you pull that.

It’s not my department so I wouldn’t know if you have, but have you escalated your concerns to Proggy and/or Garnet? If there are people in positions of power and trust dismissing genuine claims of harassment then that’s an issue that would be dealt with swiftly.

People harassing you or anyone for that matter would fall under the communities punishment for harassment. Being targeted for a physical or mental characteristic certainly is not okay and behavior we wish to keep off our servers. If you’re a recipient of such harassment, please gather proof and report it to the appropriate management. If you’re under the impression that we can gather the proof, whether it be logs or what have you, let us know and we will do our due diligence.

AcceptedFaction leaders deserve a little differentiation and reward for sticking with the server and contributing to their factions. The loadouts you proposed look fine to me as well.

Accepted With killstreaks being added, we will look into a Juggernaut option. As for a "care package" that is open to anyone during war... I'm hesitant. But a weapons cache or something of the sorts during peacetime can be accomplished once PES is finally back working and I can make that happen.

Denied The cons outweigh the pros too heavily. One con you omitted was the easy ability metagame and get away with it. There’s also the issue of making callouts an even more arduous task by having to type /radio before the message. If Garnet were to make “U” a shortcut for /radio chat (if that’s even feasible) this could be a conversation. On the topic of disguisers and silent raids: both already exist albeit with different rules. With the old quest system we were able to disguise without the global chat print but unfortunately that’s not available anymore. I’m in favor of adding the NPC. As far as rules with infiltration, it became abundantly clear that when Reynolds went and got 2 US Army documents while posing as a DS that a larger set of rules need to be made.

Accepted While some of the arguing and reasoning on the thread was completely ass-backwards and devoid of logic, it still is clear that TSFU needs some shifting to be competitive. I’ll be doing a complete overhaul over their kits outside of their core 3 classes & commander. I’ll be making ranged weaponry more available to them, however not with an out-and-out sniper rifle. I’ll also add some utility to their 2 Specialist classes and redo their Tier classes to give better class coverage.

Not months. Kermat’s value comes from his skill and fun with his own friends and faction-mates. The latter has often come at the expense of other players, as evidence by his ban history. From a server health standpoint, he’d be a number in tab. Far from an asset I’d unban after just 2-3 months. Don’t bother appealing until the ban is at least a year old.

Accepted Welcome to the team! You will start at Mod because it’s incredibly pointless to start someone with as much as relevant experience as you at Trial Mod. For people worried about him ghosting: Bishop, leaving within 60 days of being set & trained will have you blacklisted from MRP Staff but I doubt that’ll be an issue. @Joe1 & @MrTooTooTwill give you a brief refresher, as some things have changed since your last stint.
