And what benefit arose from his actions? The only tangible benefit I see were that his kill counts in the last handful of wars were higher. “Exposing hypocrisy” is a stretch. I’ll elaborate. Yes he has the power to make executive decisions, that’s a right he’s earned as a Staff Member, let alone Manager. Chris also has the right to appeal the ban if he feels it was unjust. We, the community, have the right to include our input on the matter as long as it pertains to the report at hand. Regarding opinions and fact. This ban was made on opinion, not fact. If it was fact this thread would be one page long instead of 10. It was Jackals opinion that the evidence was conclusive enough to ban. Jackal is not free from having his opinion challenged because he is an “executive”. We are allowed to challenge the ruling and hopefully provide details that will allow the Operators to make accurate decisions. That’s exactly why this reports and appeals system is in place. To challenge the decisions made by staff, whether it was from a T-Mod or an “executive”.

Sums up how I feel perfectly. I was thinking how I was going to say this but luckily you came up on the last page. Permanent bans should be based on 100% indisputable proof. These clips of him spinning around are less than indisputable to say the least. Spectating someone in third person can make them out to be way more sus than actually are. Their aim could be a quarter of their screen off but to the spectator it looks like it’s right on line. The whole “I killed Jackal, I’m going to get spectated” joke is more than just a joke. There’s weight behind it. It’s not a surprise in the slightest that he was the one being spectated. Honestly I’m 99% sure this kid hacks and everyone and their mother knows he breaks his fire rate more than Jackal has complained about the AEK. You say you’ve matured but your actions clearly show otherwise. You viewing opposition as “hate” is a testament to that. To go back to the OP, making another staff group with these duties would be superfluous. All staff should be already be helping, educating, and constructively criticizing each other at all levels, not just T-Mod. I don’t see the need to create a whole new staff faction for it.

I said this when the rule was implemented and I'll say it again. You're going to need visual, audio, and log proof for these reports to be handled with 100% accuracy. I was exclusively a Riot player on Taiga. Meaning I had 150 health 99% of the time. Often times when I died and saw that it wasn't a headshot in the feed, I checked logs to see what the fuck happened. The richochet mechanic is very real in the server. It exists and yes you can hit someone with 1 bullet twice. Especially when you get those wonky numbers like 58, it's a clear indicator that there was a richochet invovled. Is it likely you'll have 2 richochets in that span of time, not at all. Yet it's not impossible. It's plausible that these instances were richochets, so I'm going to have to disagree with the people sentencing you to being Perma-Banned. I hope you realize that's exactly what your "+1's" are. You are saying "without any reasonable doubt, this man exploited and should be banned permanently." -1 EDIT: Re-read most of your responses. Half of you used the word likelihood, meaning you acknowledge that it's not definitive proof. What an oxymoron that is.

Yes, I know this happened Sunday but I've been stupid busy and I didn't want to half ass this. First off, I want to thank @Fupert1 and @Tora1 for giving me the opportunity to be Captain. This faction is all I've ever known, as I've embraced it from 200 hours to the roughly 1100 I have today. It's crazy to me that a busted Killhouse run causing me to fail SSO tryouts, me getting KST, and then joining Frogmen all happened in the span of about an hour. Crazy how life happens because in this faction I've met some of the chillest people I've met in my 12 years of online multiplayer gaming. Quick shoutouts to the people above and: @Normal Hooman @Aurawra @Panini @Skye @RedCrypt (Oops I can't find your forums name) @Krimzin @Turtle Y'all motherfuckers were the OG goons that made this faction so god damn fun that I never wanted to leave. Unfortunately ALL of you assholes had different plans and left lmao. You handed me and Hooman a faction with 5 members including ourselves and with that we created a faction with 16 in active duty in February. That's more than double of any other special forces faction at the time and maybe still is. The work we've put into the faction to build it back up and get basic fucking necessities like radio and squads has been quite the adventure. I had a few goals when I became faction leader: 1) I wanted to meet new people, 2) I wanted to leave a legacy, 3) I wanted to lead the best faction of my time. Sadly I can only say I reached 2 of the 3. I've met amazing people who's friendships will last long after the server is gone. I've re-established Frogmen as not only the war powerhouse that it once was, but made it a sort of sanctuary for the player looking to escape the typical grind of Special Forces factions. I led with an open door policy, where anyone in my faction is allowed to speak their mind and act freely (within reason). Back when Joe was still here, he called Frogmen a family. I hope that the people I brought into the faction still feel that core value. Sadly, I did not lead the most skilled faction of my time. I can confidently say that the Frogmen of Fall are better than we are currently. It also can be argued that the Navy Seals of Fall (with Jackal, Ghost, etc) are better than we are. It sucks to fall short but control what you can control, right? The people who joined during my time as Captain should still feel that sense of pride that they joined a faction of wartime excellence. For those of you that don't know, the first thing I did when I became Captain is make Hooman Commander (O-5). I told him that everything I can do, he can too. I trusted him wholeheartedly then and I still do to this day. That's why I'm confident resigning from this position and leaving it in his hands. Good luck bud. And to the new generation of Frogmen, keep killing niggas in war, keep not giving a fuck what others think, and stay together. Лучше умереть, чем быть трусом!
