I'm gonna -1 for now. I see 0 issues with your character and 0 issues with your work ethic. You're a chill person and I haven't seen a lapse in maturity. I see you hosting sims and offering GRU training often. BUT, I think it's just too early for you to be applying. You said it yourself in your application . The worst that can happen is Jackal says no . I think you're staff material but just dig your roots a little bit deeper into the community first.

Yikes nvm. There’s an addon where you can demote. My old server had that and both the Mayor and PD could be corrupt. If adequate proof was found, they could be demoted.

I played a hefty amount of US this week and got to see how Jimmy operates as a leader and as an avenue for help. After my recent experiences, I feel comfortable +1’ing Jimmy. Also, add me to referrals.

Witnessed include @Dempsey & @Jimmy Saint most notably. When did this occur?: 11:00 pm PST 12/27 Describe the situation: Both Pvt's roughly minutes from each other randomly massed inside of US base. Both players also changed names and reconnected to get out of jailing and freezing. Eventually one got his WL removed but I think Tomb escaped. EDIT: The bastard reconnected and I removed his WL. No reason to have to go back to Afghan. Of course it'll ultimately depend on Garnet's vision for the map and server.

I was a HUGE supporter of switching the objectives. I was excited for the change as it was going to be my first time playing Comms and Town. But holy hell do I miss the old OBJ's. This isn't just a case of "the grass is greener" either. Like CJ said, I miss the exotic strategies of having to rotate people crossmap. As it stands, if you capture Company, you can immediately send troops to comms without abandoning Company due to their close proximity. You can completely abandon 66% of the map and still win. Yes if you are pushing to Comms/Comp you should send people South of Fac Mountain but you get what a mean. We have this great, open landscape, but war leaders will often ignore two thirds of it. Cons/Fac/Comp allowed for so much more freedom and plans of attack. You can and should use the map in it's entirety. As I was typing this, Vibe and Gotham had commented. Weekly rotations would be great as all 5 objectives would get played. However time is a scarce good so I understand updates may not be at the pace they were proposed. If that's the case, reverting to Cons/Fac/Comp would have my vote.

Jimmy has definitely fixed his inactivity. I see him playing damn near everyday. I don’t know him well enough to +1 or -1, but from the times I switch to US, he seems like a great kid. Nice, respectful, and overall solid attitude. If the only issue with his staffing previously was activity, I don’t see a reason why he wouldn’t be a good addition to the team. Especially given that his abnormal time zone can help plug gaps where staff aren’t on. Cheers
