Hey y'all, as many of you know I have been on an LOA for exams but unfortunately, mid exam week I had some heavy shit come up in my personal life, something that I am going to have to devote my whole summer to addressing and fixing. And as a result, I am going to be on an extended LOA for the entirely of the summer. I'm sharing this so people don't think that I abandoned the server or anything like that. I'd appreciate not being flooded by questions rn and would like to thank @Jackal and @Skye for being understanding through this. I'll be back in August
  2. Does having [GG] count towards this? And will having it set before this incentive count toward the streak?

  7. I 100% agree. These were the best OBJs of any map IMO thanks to the multi floored, multi building layout. (the chaharikar versions) AS: Numerous buildings with room for sniping and cqc that also added to the craziness OG Town: The Chaharikar verison, with the massive construction and village like feeling that came with the large number of apartments, along with the oil field made this OBJ insanely hectic as it was practically a small map within itself. (If this is like what you're talking about replacing OP with, thatd be awesome) ATTC: Cannot rant about how good this OBJ was. The CQC was like no other OBJ I've ever played, even better than Factory and Company. The Killhouse inside of here was also the best test of player skill as it didnt rely on people knowing where to wallbang, but more so a 2 floor obstacle course that required good movement and accuracy to get through. If any of these OBJs were to come back, I think it should be this one I also feel that keeping the style of play the way it is now would be beneficial. I do not believe that Ethan's no man land idea would work, that while well thought out, it would be a major adjustment for all players and would encourage people to constantly be in there looking for kills instead of the classic war style we currently use. This is my 2 cents on the matter, I'd love to hear back on it

As a former GG staff member, I know what it takes to effectively handle a sit and how to deal with problems between players. I also feel as if I know a large amount of the playerbase quite well, despite being an RU main, and I do try to be kind towards everyone, especially newer players who may be pushed away by the hostility that they can face as Privates. That being said, when I was a newer player. I looked to the staff team for help whenever officers would ignore me and would get almost immediate help, something I would do during my previous run as staff, with me willing to leave war or assisting in a tryout or sims to do my duty when other staff members would not. Also, despite me being in college, I have remained active on the server, playing all times of the day and night and there has been many instances lately where I’d see someone asking for a staff member and there isn’t one on, or they are all AFK, which is something I rarely ever do for an extended period of time. GG is also the first and only MRP server that I have consistently played. I have about 950 hrs in GMOD and 747 hours on GG, something I think that shows my dedication to this server. Serving as staff in the past was one of the coolest and most fun things I’ve been able to do with a video game, and had it not been for life catching up to me last summer, I doubt I would have resigned. I really hope I can serve as staff again and I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? Only 5 warns total in my history on the server Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes, about a year ago which got accepted How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I can play a decent amount due to my being in college. My only times I can’t play will be during exam weeks and on Tuesday/Wednesday nights as I have night classes.
