+1 Former staff and not just T. Mod level experience this man clearly was dedicated at one point to climb up to T. Admin so i have 0 doubt that this man would put the time necessary to fulfill his duties as a GM.

+1 finally man, been telling you to make this for a while and you finally grew a sack to do it. Max is more than capable of being a responsible member on the staff team. He's one of the few active players on the server even when the server is seemingly dead throughout some days the man is still on playing and doing who knows what and i know for a fact that max won't disappoint as a staff member.

The effort has definitely improved from the previous app that was made and the paragraphs are short and informative, but you seem to only go on about how you would impact the staff team as being unbiased towards others. I would also recommend building relationships and mentioning various of other things that a staff member can offer other than just being unbiased towards other individuals.

-1 Hardly any effort was put into the information about the events. Should've asked for 2nd opinions on your application before submitting because this seems like you just straight up drafted this in less than 30 minutes. Seemingly little to no effort put into your description of what you would contribute to the team. Also had a difficult time reading through the application due to the zero effort put into having proper grammar and proper punctuation. Personally from the experiences of talking to you in-game during peacetimes and such, I've had nothing but great talks but I would seriously recommend reworking this whole application again with more effort. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders so just put in the effort and voila! You most definitely will get my approval.

+1 The team is short staffed on GMs. Give the guy a chance to see what he will do. Events seem fine but a few of the US sided events can easily be done without the necessities of a GMs tools. Eod Exercise Operation : Deserter The Fast and The Furious Those events can easily be done without the tools but everything else is well worded and properly answered.

+1 I got to know you Joe through MARSOC. You're a chill guy and really good at communicating with your officers and enlisted. I don't have any issues with you yourself but rather that you lack having relations with the Taliban side. If im wrong ill change my neutral to a +1. EDIT: I talked to some Tali mains and they spoke highly of you. I have no issues with you becoming staff and good luck man u deserve it.

-1 Seems like most of your events are similar to each other with the main objective being raids or war. Put more effort into creating role play scenarios and events that need the assistance of a GMs tools as that is asked of from the GM team. Most of your events can be created from either side taking the initiative themselves to run it by simply communicating.

+1 Active and great guy for the US side but lacking interest in building relations with Tali. Work on getting relationships on Taliban other than that youre good.

That was legit 20 days ago Late. He acted very unprofessional and childlike when he had no means to at all. He wasn't staff and was trying to spin a false narrative on my appeal. That just doesn't look good on someone's resume to have especially since it was recent. He is also very toxic towards many of the USMP and like i mentioned earlier, he loves spinning narratives on us by making us look like we don't know how to the play role. It's beyond me how unwarranted many of his comments are towards MP. Might be a chill dude and all but if he cant control his emotions why bother being staff its pointless if you do shit out of spite

-1 You don't interact with anyone on the AFG side and you have plenty of hours to have done so by now. You're also known to be extremely toxic and i would try to tone the ego down a bit just because youre 11A doesnt give you the right to have some authority complex. Best of luck!
