Saying that Tage deserves a place on the staff team is an understatement. Tage is incredibly dedicated, creative and fun. During staff sits with him he has always been professional and very easy to deal with. With GM he did a lot of fun stuff too. Tage absoletely should be back on the team and I would give a plus 10 if I could. Easy +1

Here is Proof of Ban Would also like to add that this ban reason and punishment is not found anywhere on guidelines. He has also been an excellent member of the community and this seems very strange. He is by far one of the kindest members of the server I have ever met.

+1 Only useful as a slug shotgun, not for its intended use, defiantly needs changes to complete 055th Brigade's classes. Very glad you brought this up, every time I've mentioned it all I've heard is, "its currently being worked on" or "did you check the Trello" or "we know". Hopefully we can get this fixed.

Neutral +1 You have been an excellent addition to our faction and have been very active. From a faction standpoint you have performed well. Unfortunately we haven't had the opportunity to talk much so I don't really know how you would fare in staff. With what I've heard in these previous responses and the application I can't be sure, hence the neutral. All in all, I think you might deserve a chance, but we will see what anyone else has to say. +1 Although straight out of retirement, I still believe you have much to add to the server and you have been incredibly active since you came back. You have only been back a week, but making you wait another two when you are obviously trustworthy enough to get right back into it feels criminal. Definitively a person who at least deserves a chance at T. Mod despite just coming back.

(include any proof): First, the facts: I own a vehicle and used it multiple times on May 14th. I used that vehicle both on US and AFG throughout the day. I was using the vehicle in AFG base and was being attacked by some other AFG members. I ran the vehicle recklessly and speedily through the AFG base. I used the e-brake (space-bar) to try to stop the vehicle. Despite that, I ran straight into 055 MHB MAJ Drax and Shwade, killing them. Shwade instantly teleports to self (self-revives) and I apologize. Shwade then, without a sit, conversation, or any real communication, warns me for VDM x2. Earlier that day, I used my vehicle to attempt to ram another vehicle in US base and killed a US teammate. This person was understanding of the mistake and did not report me. Following this, a US officer, which I had warned earlier for destroying my vehicle and stealing it multiple times (also the person whose car I was trying to ram) attempted to warn me in retaliation by 3rd person reporting for incident earlier. Shwade was involved in that sit, and obviously made assumptions from that incident, as talking with him, AFTER he warned me, said that that was one of the factors leading to the warn. Why should your warn be removed?: First, my actions. I was completely and undeniably being a little reckless with my vehicle, as clear with the 3 people I had killed that day with the car (over a 3 hour period). However, the server rules on this matter state: Do not intentionally use your vehicle to kill other players during war. I want to start by saying that this event was completely accidental. Although I provided the necessary conditions that allowed for the plowing of AFG teammates, after realizing that I was heading towards them, I immediately applied the brake and attempted to steer away. Unfortunately this did not work as the Humvee has terrible stopping distance and horrendous understeer. I did not intentionally kill anyone with my vehicle. This was an accident, and should have been handled as such. I'll continue by pointing out that this rule particularly points using a vehicle as a weapon specifically during war. This was peacetime, and as such should not apply. Drax was understanding and did not want any punishment for this incident. As such, and with no other rules in staff guidelines or in any document, this rule does not apply. Then this instance is Accidental RDM x2?. Really? It was an accident Now the actions of Shwade. First, Shwade immediately self revives, which is FRP. He did not even try to handle this situation within roleplay. He then despawns my vehicle, which is reasonable, as I immediately left it following this tragedy blocking the ammo crates. Don then comes up and says to us that I hit him as well during my escape. (it's at this point that Drax RDMs me as a joke, which is fine) Through the whole event I laugh it off, as we were having a great time in TS before and after (shwade was not ther) and I believed that the situation was not very serious. I return after respawning and joke a sincere apology. As I start to speak Shwade opens the /warn UI Drax jokingly types out the command in chat "./warn AwesomeC demotion - mass vdm", then again with "./warn AwesomeC VMRDM - 3 week ban" THEN IMMIDATLY WITHOUT SAYING A WORD OR TYPING ANYTHING BEYOND "/warn" and then the command itself, WARNS ME. Shwade did not submit a report, and then handled his own "sit", without saying a singe word. No clearing up details, no questions, no nothing. Just "Awesome killed Drax (vehicle), Awesome killed Shwade (vehicle), warn for VDM". After this I tried to clear it up with him, but all he could muster was "you've been doing this all day", "I've gotten multiple reports" and "I'm not talking about it anymore". He had no receipts, no conversations, just warn. That is no excuse for breaking staff rules (taking your own sit unless absolutely necessary, there were 7 other staff members online) and punishing without saying a word. I love you shwade, but this was unprofessional and unacceptable. He still has not had a full conversation with me, and avoids it to this moment. With a questionable warn reason, unclear context, and a staff member that handled his own sit without saying a word, this punishment was unjust and uncalled for.

I have provided a lot of input in the Discord forum with the same suggestion, I recommend you look there for more information. Anyway, my weight on this is that the rule should be removed, at all costs. It kills participation in raids by making everyone wait 5 minutes, doing nothing. It kills RP, as whenever Taliban soldiers have the upper hand, and the opportunity, lets say after finishing a tryout, they would not walk back to base, sit on their ass for 5 minutes and then raid. It doesn't follow realistic scenario. It kills connivence. If a busy officer wants to raid, but it bogged down with tryouts, docs, trainings, and events, they should be able to without spending 10+ minutes of peacetime on it. It kills the element of surprise. With almost every officer I've known, we have always dismissed verbally, no "DB dismissed" advert. By forcing officers to call DB during peacetime, which almost never occurs, sets it in the other teams mind that they are either coming, or doing something RP. Then the DB dismissed advert, which is never used on AFG, and the only time I have seen it used, is for raid DBs. At that point everyone on the server knows, not in RP but they know, a raid is coming. No one is ever truly "surprised" by a raid, and preventing metagame is impossible IF YOU INVITE THE OTHER TEAM TO SUBTLY METAGAME OVER A CONVIEIENT 5 MINUTE RANDOM PEACETIME DB. At this point no one really knows what this rule was actually meant to prevent but follow this little guide please: If you don't want people to duo-raid, increase the minimum amount of people for raid. If you don't want people to raid as often, increase raid CD. If you don't want people to raid DB, Increase the 5 minute before and after war raid timer. If you don't want the same person to raid, make it so the same person cannot raid twice in a row over a certain pop. BUT if you want to make it so people have to waste their time, announce raid to the other team, and only no-life officers can raid because they have nothing better to do than raid, then keep this garbage rule. If you disagree, I would love to see your reasoning +1, Remove this garbage rule!

+1 I've played with scratch for a long time and he knows what he's doing. He may be young but he is mature. His activity has been excellent and he is absolutely committed. This man (boy, ig) absolute deserves a chance to help the server. Easy +1 from me with our experiences together on this server.

I've seen you around and you've been cool. I think that you haven't done a ton of talking around the whole server but the referrals from staff and the previous staff experience are good signs. Get out there and keep playing. +1

(include any proof): I was playing on my US character and at around 8 minutes till war I killed USMP CDT Goofy Guy. He reported me for killing him and asked that I receive a warn in a sit with Draco. Draco did not ask for a clip because I had admitted to killing Goofy Guy. After this I reached the warn threshold and was kicked from the server and my game closed. When I tried to clip the event so I could have some proof I lost all of it because I was kicked. I have the clip from Goofy Guy but it does not include the context that I believe justified my actions. Here is the clip of me killing him (again without context I look terrible in this situation but I want to be completely transparent) https://streamable.com/3eg5lcWhy should your warn be removed?: Starting with background, I spent a little over half my time yesterday on my US Character and during that I did a lot of RP with the USMP. During that time I was playing with the USMP and we traded killing each other within reasonable Roleplay scenarios. These events were mainly with Goofy and I believed that it was alright, and it was. (More specifically I was publicly executed by him for treason, hence the name change, and there was a little bit of the /rp turns off body cam during our time). We had a lot of fun doing some USMP RP. There were a few occasions where I killed him and it was somewhat uncalled for, and the same where he killed me when it was uncalled for. At those times, with good evidence we could both receive punishments, but we kept moving on because it was fun and no one wanted it ruined. Moving onto the context of this event, a few minutes before it happened, Goofy had arrested Simmons for Unlawful Weapon Discharge. Simmons had jailbreaked and left but returned in a minute or two. While I was outside the jail Simmons returned and went inside, talking with the few of us there. After Goofy realized he had returned and could arrest him, Goofy started to antagonize Simmons, saying things like " I'm pretty sure you jailbreaked", and "I think you're gonna get arrested for that". This lasted for about 45 seconds and the focus shifted to me so I could stop this behavior which is why I said things like, "I would never jailbreak someone" and " I love the USMP". After it was clear he was going to mess with Simmons some more, and Simmons just wanted to get it over with, I sprung into action, thrusting my knife into him and making sure he would never mess with someone over simple stuff like this again. This is why I believe I was justified in killing him. After talking with Shwade and Benkei after the fact, they directed me to make an appeal after talking with Goofy Guy. After talking with Goofy, he said that he was frustrated with some of my behavior over the day and was not happy with not being able to finish out his business with Simmons. After a discussion, Goofy believes that warn was over the line and should be repealed, with all the context taken into consideration. I hope that you take all the context into consideration on why I did what I did and follow up with Goofy Guy to get his side of the story now that's its been a little while.

I cannot +1 or -1, as I do not know you, and the people I know don't know you. On the other hand you appear to have experience so neutral it is.

+1 Completely agree with Brian on this one. This revamp and new would definitely bring more players to AFG at least temporarily and would be a good change overall. Would like to see this get put on the server

+1 We've interacted a couple of times and they have mostly been positive, the one that wasn't so positive was because of a mistake I am sure you will not be making again. It's obvious that you don't have a ton of experience yet but it is entirely acceptable for a T-Mod position. I definitely feel you need to do more interactions with AFG but I have met you and you deserve a chance. Regardless of whether or not you get accepted to the staff team, please stay active and don't be afraid to come over and talk with us here at Tali

Low priority suggestion here: Maybe some walls to help protect the bases from sniping and possibly draw some lines for the inevitable RDM stuff. Some tasteful prop placement and path placement to help guide newer players around the map would be helpful.
