Your paragraphs alone are probably the best I've seen in my time on the server and it can tell that you put genuine work and effort into creating this, I'm pretty sure you put more work into this then I did with my last English essay. From what I can tell you truly seem to understand what you are wanting to get yourself into and would excel as a staff member. Though I haven't had very many experiences with you in game I can that you would be able to make an amazing staff member, I personal really enjoyed your point on leadership. I will gladly give you a +1 here and hope that I can get a chance to talk with you in teamspeak or discord sometime to get to know you.

Personally something I would enjoy seeing added to the map would be a small bunker system build off of comms. As Theos already mentioned comms I would find it kind of interesting to have a larger underground part of comms that could be used for events, sims, tryouts, and general environment building. This could be a side feature somewhere, back when I tried mapping I created something similar and found a lot of interest from players in it. Something similar to an old Soviet military bunker with some side rooms that include possibly some bunks, a communions rooms, and an armory would work well.

+1 I've rob for a long time and he has always been pretty good he has had his moments in the past but ever since I've been back on the server I've seen this man doing good and haven't heard a lick of bad news about him. I would be happy to see him joining the staff team with us where I think he could succeed.

I have bee thinking about something like this for awhile now as I did enjoy the old DB raids of the past but also saw some of the reasons why they were stopped by the change in rules. Personally on this subject I feel that a decrease in the wait time to do the raid would be a fair change allowing for people to be able to finish the main DB before the time is up but still allow for separate DB raid opportunities. I feel that a 5 minute time that you have to wait to raid after war and 5 minutes before war is a fair amount of time allowing for the main DB to be completed but also gives an opportunity for there to be some danger and would have SOC who dismissed already keep an eye out for potential raiders. This method would also allow for more base faction involvement in a separate DB raid as in that 5 minute time frame you can easily herd Tali or 11B over to the enemy base to create more base involvement in raids. Base faction raids can be some of the most fun when you get everyone involved and play some music as you frontally assault the enemy base and get a nice feed from the enemy debrief. Though it is true that DB raids can simply be used as a way to toxic after a war is over taking that toxicity out in a raid is a lot better then the alternatives that usually break out with ooc disputes and arguments in TS. Raids allow players to have a bit of fun and get some revenge on a war they just lost or simply just take the enlisted of the base faction to go and do something fun after war to keep them staying engaged and willing to sit through DB after having a shitty experience in war. As a base faction man for many years I didn't always enjoy the nades in our debriefs we found ways to roll with them and also to prevent them, it allowed us to create little upper enlisted recon teams who would go on raid watch when it was suspected we would get raided and made them feel important and keep them engaged rather then tabbing out on a DB cause they ain't getting promoted. My suggestion ain't perfect but I do feel that it is the best middle ground from what I have talked with other players about and would be the most fun and helpful for the current MPR community.

So this great journey all started about 3 years ago when I became staff for the first time I was a very unlikely candidate at the time I was 14 and had to get Gildart's permission to apply and got heavy -1s but got accepted, that was what got me hooked. Starting out I enjoyed doing sits and taking reports that was my experience first time around and enjoyed it, my second time on staff was when I got my toes in the water with Division work finally training my first T.Mod while in HR but was cut short due to my summer job at a camp. Finally there is the most recent time around on staff which was when I truly learned the administrative aspect of the staff team, this was when I got to be an HR Supervisor and got to work on larger projects rather than just taking sits like years ago, I even helped to make the staff training doc which will be used if I get accepted. Now that we have looked at my experience lets look at why I should be accepted and how I plan on benefiting the server. To start things out I have a passion of giving back to others this is something I do both in real life and on Garnet, I work as a teacher at a summer camp over my summers to give others the great experience I had as a kid and plan to do the same on Garnet. Through out my time on the server I have had a great number of people who have made my experience amazing on here and kept me playing and I hope to be that person to the new players of Garnet today. I also have the experience of staffing as stated earlier I have grasped many of the skills that a good staffer needs over my time on the server working my way up through the ranks having worked everything up to Admin. Though out of all of these things the most important thing that I have that would benefit the server is a love for the server there is something about it that keeps bringing me back all these years and I want to keep that alive for as long as possible and provide that to others. When coming back to the server a few months ago for a fun evening I never had a plan to become staff again but there is something about it that seems to keep pulling me back in and to give back to the server. Man was simply simpin a bit too much and caused him to do stuff he or shouldn't of. I think he should get a second chance back into the community if at the very least on a short leash like the others such as horse. I hope to see him return even if he does come to solo RPG cause he was a fun guy who simply got caught up with the wrong people. +1
