Kidnap Cooldowns still don't work - If you join a kidnap, after its done, you don't get a cooldown. Example: Garnet hosts Kidnap. Phantom, Conway, Bizzy join in. Phantom, Conway, and Bizzy have no cooldown but Garnet does.
