  1. +1 - Confirming Referral. Good application -E vent ideas are solid, some areas could use some refinement, but the concepts are good. The non-event part of the application is also very on-point with what we typically look for. While you may not have experience, with some training, you'll do well.
  2. Some of the event ideas could use some refinement, but I can see the general storylines and concepts. Sure some of the paragraphs are a bit wonky, but the concepts are fine. As a Trial Gamemaster, you get the chance to work with a GM Supervisor who's been doing it for a while and they can help you figure out what works and what doesn't. As for the event ideas, some of this is internal info to the GM Team/only known by GMs, however I find it may be useful to know for when GMs are reviewing your event ideas: NCC should be avoided - it sounds cool, but most of the time Navy are with the troops doing other things so it's just another room, it's also not something that affects the base. Try Aux/Main Hangar or medbay, etc. On the last event, if you're doing things focused on Jedi, make sure there's something for the clones to do, nothing worse than standing around watching Padawan II Bozo duel a DFU. (I'm guilty of this myself). In the first event, you mentioned: "(Be a 2 Gm event)" - all off-worlds, or major on-worlds should have 1 host and at least 1 assist. I'll give you a +1 - the point of Trial GM is to get your feet wet, and the training definitely helps square things up, post those 3 things, I think you'll be a good addition to the GM Team.
  3. Just a heads up - There is 5, one of them is just not double spaced. 1) A decent Jedi Roleplay idea is Outcasts that were felt out by the force and it's the Jedi’s goal to make sure these Outcasts do not join the Sith or any wrong side. There will be multiple Outcasts to travel to, flying to different worlds. The battalions will roleplay through the places where the Outcasts stay, getting small missions whilst the Jedi go on the main quest. 2) Smugglers break through security measures and smuggle a main leader of a trade route. The goal was to track the ship through space and finally reach its outpost. The goal is to save the Trade Leader and if the leader got killed there would be repercussions. The smugglers' whole goal is to make sure to either keep the leader or make it look like you killed him to make sure you got the repercussions. 3) There is a fire on the planet and it seems to be from an odd source that isn't natural. The goal was to save the planet and save the citizens from the outbreak. The next part would be chasing the arsonists onto another planet and making sure they don't use their flamethrowers and arrest them for justice. 4) Rare Animals are getting hunted for their materials, they are a rare species and the trade market is going downhill. One of the tradesmen complained and now your goal is to make sure the animals are safe, release captive animals, and arrest the huntsmen. 5) There seem to be some malfunctioning Droids or are they gaining...Sentience? A rebelling droid group came to the base for safety and refuge. Your goal is to protect them from the hoards of Droids that came for them. The problem is? Those Droids were programmed to betray and seem to be holding anyone in the NCC captive for glory.
  4. +1 - I'll give you a +1, though your events perhaps could use some elaboration, I do think the concepts are there and if put into fruition, you could easily elaborate and they'd be very well received. About the event concepts themselves, they're practical for the server/community, a healthy mix of RP and Combat elements, etc - just caution with the Jedi one, make sure clones are occupied in some manner. Being a DM is definitely a plus since this (GMing) is story telling, and the most important element some GMs forget, dynamic, the power of choice is often lost, but you should have plenty of experience dealing with choices from DnD. Feel free to add me to referrals: Daph/Conway - Good Luck!
  5. +1 - After the reformatting, it's definitely way better. Your ideas are practical for a single GM to run, or with 1 assist, aren't overly complex, or underwhelming - which is exactly a good starting point for a Trial Gamemaster. I hope you use these event examples as your first 5 events! Feel free to add me to referrals (Conway/Daph). Good Luck!
  6. Screenshots of all 3 bans Staff members in-game name: RemakeStaff members SteamID (/id (name): STEAM_0:1:194011617Date & Time of incident: 2022-06-05 - 20:46:33
  7. +1 - Quads is dedicated and active as Battalion Command, there is no doubt, that this would carry into GMing. Your event ideas are decent, practical, and seem easy to manage from a GM perspective. Add me to referrals.
  8. At this point RANCOR is just a GM Faction, smh - +1 - there's not really much to say, you're definitely active and with some training you'd be a fine addition to the GM Team. I would however suggest in some of your events to have a GM assist to occupy the other battalions, but outside of the minor note, the events are feasible for the community/server and practical.
  9. I normally would encourage a longer period of time when returning, before applying for staff. However, I do think you could be a good addition to the StarWarsRP Staff Team, and you have a track-record of activity, as well as of course experience. +1 - Good Luck!
  10. Massive W for @Jotaro- Well Earned! Draig, Amadeus, Hoal, well well well earned!
  11. -1 Woman - Jokes aside, +1, though the hours are lower than the requirements, you've been a pleasure to have around on the server. Your event ideas/pings are decent, and having dupes to enhance some of the lack-luster/pure terrain event maps is a very good sign. Experience is always a great attribute to have as well. Trial Gamemaster is designed for you to show us what you've got, so I say let's do it!
  12. +1 - Splicer is active, he frequently takes time to interact with new/old players. His dedication to improving Jedi, is a clear indication of wanting to better the server. He would make a decent addition to the SWRP Staff Team.
  13. +1 - Very Straight Forward and Very Simple. Harus not only is an old/returning player/staff, so does have that experience. But even since his return, he's been nothing but a positive/contributing member. I see no reason why he shouldn't be staff.

  15. Updated 4/30 - Changed Medical Corps based on similarities to CG/91st, using feedback from Medical Officers.

  18. +1 - Overall a very well written application. The event ideas are practical, though I'm not a personal fan of lore characters in events, I think in your example event, it would work. You're certainly active and definitely show clear dedication. Good Luck!
  19. Can confirm he was a Head/Lead Admin, or at the very least Admin (No S. Admin back then) at one point in time. Though I would have guessed 2017, maybe 2018, the years fade me. We swapped forums back in 2018, from XenForo to Invision, there would be no record of it outside of old docs, etc
  20. 46 actually, but I’ve already started to work on this with Theos and Bobert, should be coming in the next few days or so :)! W Update as Wub said. Droid Ambushes sounds like a really great idea, wonder what nice person came up with that.
  21. Welcome Back! Someone say orbital strike on comms again?

    Skrt Ban Appeal

Look, this is going to pain me to say, but I agree with @Jackal - you turned the server to a competition with cheaters, with people you fully well knew were also cheating, and everyone else playing naturally/normally suffered the consequences. I always think Ban Evasion is such an interesting thing, had you appealed before trying to Ban Evade, you likely would have 10x a better chance at being brought back, whether conditionally, under surveillance, etc - but the act of going to presumably great lengths to not get caught also while evading, is something that can't be overlooked, at least from my perspective. While you did apologize for being immature in your comments (or at least that's how I'm reading it from sentence structure/wording). I'm not sure if anywhere you actually apologized unconditionally to those who suffered as a result of your actions, and your deceit in trying to cover up/deny virtually any allegation of cheating, which you did, to great lengths at some points. As well as no apology for evading. I appreciate that you were trying to prove you can be a contributing member, though you did it in the worst way possible, you still lied and deceived staff and players with evasion. If you did apologize for hacking/cheating or evading, fantastic, but it certainly doesn't appear here (firstly or again) where it should (Someone can link me to it and I'll happily remove this comment if it does appear outside this thread). If you didn't apologize anywhere, I'll leave that up to your consideration. Regardless of whether the appeal is accepted or not, because frankly, and by no fault to you, cheaters/hackers coming back and remaining on the server as a contributing member is a notoriously low success rate, with a high rate of being re-perma. I wish you luck in the appeal process, and hope you're doing well outside the realm of GarnetGaming, but from me it's a -1.
  23. Thanks for the update! Added for the British Tank Man
