I misread it but why go after topshot in my ban appeal? Like that doesn't do anything for you. I am in the top video but it's from well over a year ago so why does it matter? I have gotten better with how I treat people. EDIT: I don't like going after people on any accord but jackal, it confuses me on why you still have a tendency to go after old players wanting a second chance. I have never been perm banned prior to this nor have I ever been banned on MRP. Literally all you do is sit around with you memeware group and shitpost on the forums. This makes no sense. You don't play anymore nor does a majority of the players in memeware. So why stick around man? Stop going after people who just want to help.

One thing I don't understand and to this day will not fully understand, I was told by multiple people that I was permanently banned for my actions within SWRP. It doesn't make sense to me on why my actions on SWRP would have any sort of affect and or bleed onto MRP. Going on with how you are claiming that I took a chunk of players with me to another server. The two people who had followed me we're Deadwest and Maverick. From there, Flame was in charge of 104th since I knew that he could lead well after I had left. Yes, I do take ownership for resigning. Yes, I do feel shitty to this day about how the entire situation had gone down as a whole. When I first got word of this server, I did not check it out. I got into their teamspeak yes but this was just to say hello to a few people that I had spoken to in the past way before they even told me about their server. From there a few weeks had gone by and I heard two old GG players went there in the past to have a better experience after being mistreated. This is one of the main issues that I had when I was into the end of my term as 104th CDR. Lots of players stay for some time. But in some situations, some players may get driven away by the overall toxicity that is shown by the players on that server. You cannot deny that. So, After some time I decided to check out this server to say hello to Guitar and Harris. Them being two of the best people I had the opportunity to work with while I was 1MD General. I had gotten onto that server for about 30 minutes. I went AFK for a bit only to come back and hear that you managed to track me down and ask if I was there. Granted I can somewhat understand why you did this as you obviously had suspicions and did not want me in the position that I had. I thought about it after you had confirmed that you did this. I was quite pissed off at this because it felt as if I was being literally chained down onto a post. After more time had past and I had about 7 people in my 104th. I heard more speculations of things going down, That being people thought Faith was cheating and then that you wanted to get him in RANCOR. Which to me was odd. How could you watch someone for hacking while wanting them in your branch? (granted he told me this directly but with no proof so I am not trying to make accusations I just wanted to bring this up). After I had resigned, As I stated in my response to bortnik I took a commander position after being asked to which I then left after I was no longer needed. You say that the majority of people who left 104th and GG had went with me. I asked these people to join my 104th to help. They complied. These people we're people that did not want to play because of you. I tried to do what I could to not get them to follow. Spilq, He went back to DRP and Rust. Draggy Left GMOD, Flame left GMOD, Jesus left GMOD, Doggo continued to play GG, Joe left GMOD, Maamsa stayed, Prince left GMOD and all the others left GMOD. They did not come with me. Just because I message someone asking to assist them with a SOC branch that is locked does not mean I wanted to power grab. For the past 4-5 months I have been playing on a different MRP server to better myself and to try something new. I was in navy on that server and was one of the highest ranking officers in that branch. I gathered more information after catching word that SEALs we're locked. I was XO of SEALs and had docs lined up for assistance purposes. I had tryout docs, RP docs, Training docs, mission docs and others. I would have assisted SEALs and gone from there. 1. This was not from today, This was almost a year ago when topshot was still permanently banned??? 2. I know I talked alot of shit on topshot in this video but that's because of how others told me about him. I know topshot now, I support topshot, Topshot is a great dude. 3. D Rose and Aidan we're not managers at this time, it was kendal 4. I was not banned by D Rose or Aidan, I was banned by either Jim, Dex or Garnet. Also, this is not me being toxic or confrontational. This is literally me providing more insight, debunking, and expanding upon points already made. Furthermore, the points made above are relevant to the appeal and points made which is made clear by what I typed up. I don't know man, Lying about a video and not being able to fake it well enough is a little sus to me. Also, Why does me getting unbanned even matter to you? You don't play the server anymore? Why must you feel the need to come after me when I simply just want to come back and help. I mean hey man, If you wanna go at this then let's go.

This really made my day 10x better. I have to say the main thing that kept me in both marsoc and vega we're you guys. Not only did you will help a shit ton in both marsoc and vega, but you all immensely helped with becoming more mature. Believe me when I say it I never wanted to leave marsoc nor did I want to leave vega. Hopefully someday we can get all the old lads together and stomp some wars again. But until then if I end up getting accepted I'll do the best I can do to make sure things are better. I'll stay low when my help is not needed but until I find that im fighting to help. This is something that I would be more than ok with. I had alot of plans lined up for improvements on both sides of the playing field when it comes to 11B and 2GA. Certain things such as reformations of rules, New tryouts, Better training mechanisms and other types of things. I do plan on being apart of both base factions for quite a long time until so I can assist the people leading but at the same time assisting those who may be new to leadership positions so they don't immediately feel lost. I appreciate the warning as I have been taking all comments into consideration and using them to better myself as a person.

So, to shed more light on this, I was asked to lead the 212th due to how incompetent the entire branch was. I was asked by the DVL of the server to lead it. Keep in mind I was still extremely new to this server. So, this idea after long thoughts was bound to fail. Which is what happened. I was not removed, I resigned because I saw that there was little issues within the branch. Granted, I stayed for some time to over watch the branch to ensure nothing bad had happened. I do regret taking this position because of my inexperience with that branch. Now, When it comes to what had happened with me asked if there we're commander positions open. I personally do not remember this. Really the only thing that I remember in that manner was some small talk I had with some people on MRP about assisting leadership for green beret. I appreciate it truly and I know that me leaving did end up causing people to leave as well, I can agree that I handled the situation as in whole . But I am sticking to myself on this that I had no verbal influence on those who left. Again, I appreciate the response in full. I appreciate the acknowledgement of my capabilities and I can understand to the fullest that you are fully opposed to my return but I have taken much time away to gather more knowledge about how to handle certain situations, How to make myself a better person, how to help others get better and I believe that whatever needs to be done to the point where I am to do a full 180 to fix my actions for this server then I would be more than damn well happy to do so. The connections that I have made in this server have helped shape me into the person I am today and I will do everything in my own mind to help others feel the same. Wanted with their branch, Appreciated and have a constant want to play more. I will do whatever you need me to do for my self improvement on the server. (include any proof):v When I played for a different server at the time, I decided to check up on the server to see how things we're doing. With that, I chose to be stupid and talk shit on the server. From there I went full minge mode and changed my name a boatload of times and continued to be toxic. I was then banned for a week of NITRP which was then updated to toxicity. Why should your ban be removed?: For starters, I would like to think that my ban should be removed is because of the time that the event took place. Now, I can fully understand the jurisdiction given by the higher staff to update the ban to a permanent ban. But in my opinion I feel as if the way I acted should not have warranted a permanent ban. This was really the only "Toxic" Act that I committed while on the server Now, Obviously after taking some time to re collect myself yes I can 100% agree that what I said should not have been said. But at the same time this was really the only toxic thing that I had done. Now, These pictures shown are additional screenshots provided to which I was banned for. Now, When it comes to why I feel as if this should not be considered as toxic is because I was honestly just being a dumbass. I was cracking jokes left and right about non server things and was just trying to have a laugh while claiming this "was going to be my last time here". But at the same time, I also was told that I was banned for previous actions. In my eyes I believe this entails to SWRP and me "Killing" the server. I know that my departure most definitely hurt the server but my departure was not the main reason why the server had died. No Garry's mod server dies because one person with a small amount of power decides to leave and 4-5 others then leave as well. There we're many other reasons that contributed to the server dying and I feel like I was the main stock for it dying which is not true. I have said this over and over again while I was playing on the server that a developer or something of the sort would be a great help to servers coming back. But I also feel as if one of reasons the server crashed was because Garnet was putting too much on himself to do at once. Managing, Running and developing what 5-10 servers at once is no easy fit. Which is why I think having more staff, more people who could actually assist in development would have helped a lot in the long run. Now, I personally would like to think that I have gotten 10x better with how I treat people as a whole when it comes to playing on the server. I have had recent interactions with certain people within the server that have the opportunity to do massive things for it. If this appeal is accepted I would continue assisting those who can help the most, As a starter shown in the thread I made for suggestions. I've said it before and I will say it again, I want to help with anything that I can and I truly do think that with giving me a second chance even if I am not allowed to go for staff then I will still help as much as I can. With the MRP server being at a weird spot in time I feel as if there can be alot said in terms of what can be fixed and what needs to be changed. So, Here we go. DISCLAIMER: I AM AWARE THAT I AM PERMA BANNED BUT I STILL WANTED TO TAKE A SHOT AT WHAT CAN BE IMPROVED. THESE SUGGESTIONS ARE BASED COMPLETELY OFF OF CONVERSATIONS THAT I HAVE HAD RECENTLY WITH BOTH PLAYERS OF THE STAFF AND REGULAR PLAYERS. TO START: So, From viewing this thread for a few hours and actually reading all the responses it is safe to say although there is server management within the server I can see that there is still a lack of communications within the management and higher management for the server itself. From conversations I had with people in the server one of the main issues I say was that with there being two managers, There appears to be a tipping saw of who is doing what on the server. Now, I f you don't pay attention to the MRP forums or the server as a whole you will notice that @Ozzy does a shit ton for the server (big ups to battyman) while from what can be seen @Gythem has not done nearly as much. Granted, I have no idea what may be lingering on with your life but I feel as if this is one of the main issues on why the server is in a bleak state. Something I will always preach when it comes to either leading a faction or overall having a higher position in any sort of management is that if you cannot uphold an accountability to be active and show true passion to be apart of something you need to actually show it. Along with this, I have also heard that there has been an obvious dislike between the two. It doesn't matter who dislikes the other, @Ozzy x @Gythem if there is a lingering issues between you two then you need to straighten things out or one of you needs to leave the rank you are currently holding. Managers are the head of what can be achieved within the MRP server (Besides SA which is a rare sight) and if there is a literal issue where two of the highest staff members cannot come to and actually communicate then things need to change on who is in that position. STAFF ISSUES AND IDEAS: Unfortunately, I have not been able to play the server due to my permanent ban but I have still been able to keep up with the loop of the server while playing on a different server for the time being until I can return and fully help. An idea that was spurted to me about the staff meetings that should be taking place within the server. From what I have heard there has not been many staff meeting to further discuss what is going on in the server, What can be enforced and what can be changed. That is a massive issue for the staff team because if nobody is initiating fixes for issues things will obviously only get worse. Something that I gained from playing on different servers for some time now is that server staff meeting need to occur weekly. But not only to discuss issues and etc. Staff meeting for this server need to be based around what is going on, server checkups, staff member checkups and overall giving your two sense on how the server is doing. With this, It would give more staff members a better feeling when they do their staff duties as if there are people who actually care. Instead of higher staff members that just sit in SOC channels and do little to nothing. Another idea that I am going to propose for the staff team would be towards recruitments. For years as a previous member of the server, I would always see people complain about recruits adverting that they need a trainer. To be fair, What else are they supposed to do? They cannot just sit around for 30-45 minutes awaiting for a trainer while war is going on and end up leaving the server. As soon as the text is shown that they need a trainer, someone needs to be on top of that almost instantly regardless of the side that the recruit is requesting to be trained for. Adding simple things such as text screens within the training room for new players to have a faster chance to be trained and be able to jump into what is going on. My proposal for this would be to open an RTC program within both the staff team and the regular player base. Staff should be enforcing faster trainer times as training new players is basically the foundation to a stable player base. This program should be lead by either a manager or a contending Lead Admin to ensure competency within the program. RP ISSUES AND IDEAS: With the Game Master role being added to the server, At first it may seem as if it would open a lot of doors for players to share ideas when it comes to new events how overall giving players something to do. In my last few weeks on the server I saw that the event server for MRP was rarely used. Something that people spent months on making is not dusted up and barely seen. As a result of this, The game master role has been quite fubar. But this is not the only issue that causes the game master role to hardly be used or seem important. A massive issue that I have seen with the server's events is the player base and initiation to want to do events. For some time now, I have seen and heard that there is a massive group of players that refuse to take part in events because they don't want to RP. I tried to do what I could with the addition or "RUSOC" with things such as the 25th OSN, 412th something, 44th FSGT (i think) and the 101st PDSS. This went well for some time because it allowed simple but yet fun RP to happen within the sub branches because it allowed more callsigns to be used, it allowed proper callouts to be used with those callsigns and it also initiated some small events shortly afterwards. When it comes to the events that took place with the server, I am going to use @bishopil as a prime example. His event plans we're extremely fun and got more players involved with the server. I believe he hosted two events before transferring to SWRP when the server launched. Those events we're executed very well by the player base and from there, there was a spike in players that lead to more events being used. This ties into staff communications. The staff members need to be enforcing how important server events and allowing more events to occur within the server to allow more growth and better times to be had. For the player base, People need to be more involved with the events and the server as a whole. This leads me to my next issue and fix. FACTION LEADERSHIP ISSUES AND FIXES: With the factions I have been in within the past I often times saw a theme, Someone was handed a position of leadership and had little idea on what to do, leading to a hindrance of players and competency. An idea to fix this small issue would be for the current faction leader (at least 1-2 weeks before resigning) must have someone at an officer position and have that person be trained to overtake that position. That or have people apply for the position and see how people within the SOC faction would feel about that. Another issue that I saw oftentimes with certain factions was the overall lack of change within branches. I am going to use @shrimp's post and google doc as a reference to what ideas we're put into place but never had light shined on. https://docs.google.com/document/d/101J_7FStIWkpZFwIiaq_oB0PWwcAFeTyPE8OgAj-Rx8/edit ^ As shown, There are a lot of changes that can be made for factions to make things more fresh for players and give them a better experience to try something new. I feel as if an expansion within the weapon base and player models would allow players to try new things and allow them to branch out as a whole. I personally think that the player models that shrimps suggested would be a great pick with the new map that is going to be released in the coming weeks as almost a revamp for the server. EVENT IDEAS: This part of the post is meant for @Jake @eli_ So, I have had some ideas lined up for ideas that I have either used in the past and have received good feedback and or just haven't been used yet. 1. Simple 30 Minute occupations of an objectives with there being a 1 minute return time once dead. You can add your own lore to this if needed. 2. RP a hostage taking, Interrogation (based on /roll) and then either killing the opposing side's hostage or selling him back to the opposing side. 3. Intel raids, Raids that take place on either base where one side must enter a room (props being spawned inside said room) while the side that is raiding must enter that room and upload the intel and take it) 4. Assassination attempts. This can be lead by a GM where one player is a rank that is not obtainable such as (Marine General or Navy Fleet Admiral) This can take alot of time to take place and can add alot of long based missions with scouting, Stealth and other sorts of your own spin. I have more ideas set in stone but I am going to keep them classified until they are tested and given feedback. Until then @Jake If you want to sometime call and come up with ideas with me please reach out. For now, This is what I can come up with as the first stepping stone to a better sever. I know change is not an easy thing to get around with but if you all want the server to improve you must open your mind to change. Change can be good in alot of situations and I know damn well the server needs it. So please keep an open mind after reading this and responding with your two sense. Along with that, This thread is meant to be serious as there was alot of time put into both this thread and multiple past threads created by @shrimp. I would also like to state that this thread is made to reach out to @Garnet and or @Ozzy as they are the only people with a staff rank that I have been in contact with recently in regards to the server. I mean, I would definitely like to sprout some ideas if the entirety of the thing you have is visible i really do think it would be really dope on the map.

Recommendations: 1. The idea that you utilized on SWRP, You should add bunks / rooms for SOC sub branches on each base. Along with that you should also re integrate the meeting room to add more options for briefings. 2. Add some sort of Killhouse / Arena For simulations inside of the bases that can be claimed by 0-1+'s to allow easier tryout layouts. 3. Adding onto this, I think that this would be insanely cool as an addition towards certain areas within the base. Maybe adding a fence around the entire airfeld and on the opposite side of the airfield could be the main area of the base. 4. I have seen the layout of the town construction used quite frequently. Now, I personally enjoy it but I feel as if there could be other people that play on the server may get tired and want something new. In regards to that, maybe change something small with the layout and add more to it. 5. Re Adding a recruit room as soon on delta to keep people that can be on the recruit class from running out of the base or lowering the chance of that happening. With that, Add certain tip boards within the recruits rooms. I can't remember if it was gildarts or jim that added that but it assisted the flow of training as a whole. 6. Re using jail cells for RP scenarios on kidnapping scenarios. 7. Re using the garage for vehicle usage and repairs, maybe putting it towards the airfields or towards the front gate. Besides the suggestions, I am a fan of how the map looks so far. As I said to you it gives a really nice cod4 vibe. Very excited to see what else you add onto this. I have to agree that yes you did mess up hard as manager and left the mrp tarnished to the dirt and it is still on a unsteady road. But that doesn't mean it cannot come back. Going to use myself as an example for this. Although im perm banned, I still plan on sharing ideas on how the server can be fixed and how the server can be improved as a whole. Kendal, Ill say this upfront with ya mate to me you were an amazing person to be around prior to you getting manager but I feel as if when you obtained the position you let the power get to your head very fast. Which, I partially cannot blame you for because you feel to alot of controversy really fast and didn't take alot of time when coming up with a verdict on certain issues. With vega, yes we were all terrified to get wiped. Gamma had worked his ass off for months to get vega in a good spot, I worked my ass off to get into vega and help viva. Viva (was inactive) but still did insanely well with the faction for his term. But with how the environment was on the server and overall just how toxic the playing field was. I know you struggled hard. This is very true. But at as I said there is still time for you to come back around and do what you can to try to help. One person that I was speaking to about certain issues and to be honest, Alot of the things that have been brought up between Garnet, Gildarts, Jake and I. There are some pretty damn good ideas that are lined up for the future. But at the same time, One silver lining issue I found was that nobody wants to RP. Not many people want to help. They are just there for to pvp and climb ranks. I breifly spoke to you in the past on a few different topics in regards of what can be added or what can be changed to improve the server but you quickly swipped those ideas under the rug which quickly tarnished my reputation with you. I still have a mediation of respect towards you and as I said there still is time for the patches to be healed. But I wish that you could have seen how hard you got beat around the bush in many different perspectives.. It sucks to hear how ur manager term went and we all can agrer that we wished it went differently man. I hope that you are still doing well because I haven' t checked up on you in a while. Not bad for a first tage. Something I would try to do is to work on the cinematic camera movement. A couple cines had movement in it that was made by mouse movement which is something that can easily be fixed. I use a camera compositing addon which places cameras and creates a tracking path for the cinematics which makes smoother cinematics as a whole when it comes to either making map cinematices or player cinematics. Second thing I would like to point out is to try to make the intro build up shorter by either shortening the song length or shortening the timeline as a whole. I liked the AEK spray though, It lined up nicely with the beat to props for that. Also not sure what software you are using but if you are using sony vegas remember to disable resample.

Back when I used to play xbox back in 2012 I played with alot of IRLs until I played BO2. My name used to be skirmish. I met this one guy who ended up being my best friend for about 2 years. His name was Vizuall (we we're the same age). We played way too many games on a daily basis (not much has changed) but keep in mind I was probably 12-14 when I had first met him and the last time being in 2014 ish. He was one of nicest, most down to earth and one of the most genuine people that I had ever met. Around early 2014 he started to get on alot less which I quickly took notice of. Back then all we had to contact each other was instagram DM's so when he wouldnt be on for 4-7 days at a time I would continue texting him. he never told me what he was going through at the time, not until a few months down the line when he completely stopped playing games. Vizuall was going through alot of family issues and was moving around alot so our chances to speak were heavily hindered. He had a little brother that we played with so I would speak to him periodically. After not hearing from either Vizuall or his brother for some time I reached out to his little brother (ryan) (keep in mind I had switched to PC around this time and sold my xbox to some guy in the grade below me). So, I didnt hear back from his brother for a few months until I randomly received a DM from him. I'm not going to go into detail but I had found out that he had passed away. So, I really couldn't get his name out of my head for a while so with my name I chose to mix the two names and created "Vizii" in a way of remembrance for him I guess you could say. My name will forever stay this way.
