Try to put more time into the server before applying. One of the most important factors of picking staff is experience, and you don't even have the minimum 75 hrs. Wait until you reach around 150-200, and as @br0ken- said, chill a little bit, and try to make more friends within the community. Just because you're US doesn't mean you have to be RU's enemy.

How do you plan on benefiting our server?: I'm going to start this off by saying yes, I attempted a chargeback in 2017. I know most of you don't want to hear it and just assume that I can't be fit for staff based off that, but I will always try. People make mistakes, and I know that that mistake was massive. I want to make up for it by being the great staff member I should have been 2 years ago. In 2017 I was a Head Mod for Garnet Gaming, and I was on MVP for sit counts every month, (not sure if that means much, just something I was proud of at the time.) I train recruits as much as I can, and I help new players constantly. I try in any way possible to improve myself every day, in-game and out. I show respect in sits, which I'm not in many unless I'm the one reporting. I've been staff before, so I know to take the role seriously. I believe in letting everyone have an even say, and will always go above and beyond for the truth when making staff decisions, making sure I have proper evidence and advisement from other staff. I put time and dedication into this server, as it has become a second home for me. I have made countless friends and acquaintances that I hope I will know for a long time. Being in this community has been the time of my life, and I hope you read these paragraphs and know that I am not the same person I was when I charged back. Thank you for your consideration. Based on that metric, most of us are going to see a minimum of 30% more FPS than we do on CSCDesert. Dope, hope these numbers stay steady with heavy load.

+1 I've seen you and talked to you a few times and you seemed like a nice player. I'll argue that knowing both sides is preferable(as in, playing on that side and knowing how the factions work, as well as interacting with other players,) but I wouldn't say it's a requirement. Open to criticism and all that jazz, hope to see you around.

How is it stealing when he takes the packages away? I'm confused. But if people really can't get over something I did 2 yrs ago @ 17, desperate for money, then so be it. I've let go of all my grudges from back then, but if no one else can that's fine by me, I just want to help, all I've ever wanted from this.

Responses like this is why I -1. Take criticism in stride, don't act like a victim. You can't trust that attitude in a Staff Sit.

When I was an Admin at Impacted Servers (dead AF), we had a feature like this. Though, it was a far different Admin mod than D3A, so I have not a clue how hard this would be to implement.

+1 This would be awesome. It could change the game and give players a lot more things to do. HOWEVER : I'd be interested to see how much of a pain this would be for staff to manage. Only trying it would help us find out IG.
