1+ He has had some hot headed ness in the passed but the last few weeks has shown good leadership and dedication. I Believe he would make a good staff member. I want to make clear, I have not seen CnKole ever be mingy, I have seen him get angry but who haven't been like that on this server. He currently does loads of extra doc work making the US Faction better. He is a good person.

+1 Caleb Dare is a very dedicated officer within the US Faction. Its true he had some issues in the passed but over the last month he had done nothing but the best of work. I believe he will do very well as staff

-1 You would probably make a good staff but your passed warns and ban shows your not staff material currently. You are also relatively new to the server and as a US Army main I don't know who your are. This is mainly because your not active in team speak or discord. I'd recommend to get to know the community better before you become staff.

I made it to the Position of Moderator. About a year later I had to leave the server to deal with school. My Time as a staff member was informative and I learn a lot. I also have a large amount of staff and management experience running other servers in Garry's Mod. In total, I have probably 1500 hours of staffing experience across my time in Garrys Mod. How do you plan on benefiting our server? I know not everyone knows me but for those in the US Faction Im well known when it comes to my ability to custom code complex documents for analytics and my ability to create extensive documentation and efficient revamps of existing processes. I define myself as an expert in excel functions and well versed in interconnected websites and documents. My second best trait would be my ability to create complex roleplay and RP situations to increase immersion and increase player retention. Even with it not being huge, RP is still an important part of the server, and being able to make complex and fun RP situations will help are gamemasters improve the server. And yes I understand that Im applying for staff but I still plan to help gamemasters where possible if I become staff. Another Important skill and probably the most important for the position is that im able to operate with a logical mindset when handling situations even if I have biases about a given player I can make decisions based on logic and make the right decisions as such. Lastly would be personality. Being able to interact with players on the server as human beings and not as a robot allows people to feel like they're taken seriously and that helps them understand the issues that the two players are having. Being able to make sure both parties understand what rules were broken and help calm down a situation decreases the likelihood of the problem becoming a repeat issue. Everything I have gone over above is how I can help and what my skills are. Things Id like to do if I become staff would be as such. First id like to make a website accessible to all staff that has all documents in one place, All forms integrated, and all other documents that can be integrated directly could be added as links. None of this would cost anything and is transferable between managers as years go on. I want to mention my knowledge of the current staff process is limited but Id Like to add analytics to help gather knowledge of current staff trends and regular issues. Hi Geoffy I try to be active within the TeamSpeak and in-game with more than my local faction. Unfortunately, most of the channels in garnets TeamSpeak are locked where people tend to hang out. I'd like to get to know others better so please feel free to hop into the army chat which is always unlocked, Would love to meet some more chill people. When it comes to my referrals, I purposely went out of my way not to ask, I feel asking for referrals is like asking people to support you directly, Id prefer to get staff using my own name and reputation than the reputation of others.

One of the big issues is the lows during peacetime, Something needs to be added to make things more fun and less boring during these times. I think this suggestion wouldn't fix the issue but would help the issue. +1

[minimum 2 paragraphs]: *FYI* As people have pointed out I didn't originally write a long staff app, I mainly did this to get to the point, below is my updated application. Being a staff of a server is not hard, that said it does require the right type of person. This person has to be Charismatic, Logical and Dedicated. 3 traits that I believe I excel in. As staff you have to act like a lawyer, handing down judgments and upholding detailed laws, This requires a logical mindset that I have. It requires the ability to be as caring as a therapist (God knows some of the players here need it.) And lastly, you need to be dedicated, if my hours don't show this then I'm sorry idk what would. I'm not perfect but I am the person for this role, My experience as staff on this server shows this, and I have experience as staff on many other servers as well. Enough about how I'm qualified, how will I contribute and make their server better. First I work in Information Technology as a Systems administrator meaning given time I can assist with any major issues relating to server issues. I also have a large amount of experience setting up servers and handling custom configurations for plugins. More short-term things I can help with are documentation, I have a large knowledge of excel and google sheet functions, and I can use this to make automatic statistics and analytics for staff along with counters and automate a lot of paperwork functions. Relating to ingame stuff I can help with would be creating fun and interactive missions and RP-based events for the gamemasters to do to make engagement higher and make the player experience better. The most important issue that the server needs to address is the current downline of the server's population. This is mostly due to the last interactive activities to do between wars. Likes to Input something, When investigating this player with advanced search tools "Google", He was banned in a couple of Garry's Mod communities and tf2 communities. On top of this, he has multiple vac ban's on this account. Pretty Suss

+1 Add me as a referral As much as me and gotham but heads all the time and think he can be a ass, He's one of the most logical people out there. Hes able to silence a room by him being in it and is able to calm down almost anyone he talk with. He would make a great addition to the staff team.

+1, Honestly this is a issue I have alot. Irl if you loiter around a us military base you will be detained. Trust me had a similar issue happen while airsofting. This wouldn't be a hard system to implement at all.

-1 So the only experiences that I have had with you have been extremely toxic. I have had many times where you will just say toxic comments after killing me in-game. I know this is a game and we are having fun but if you want to be staff you have to be respectable and mature. A lot of Russian are cool and respectable players. But your one of the players that I literally can't think of a single good interaction. Id suggests if you want to become staff then learn how to talk with people without being toxic and immature.
