-1 Inactive, negative rep, too many applications made in a short period of time. Don't constantly apply for staff. Give everyone and yourself more time to breathe and create more thoughtful applications, as well as improve your reputation on the server. I understand the desire to be staff, but would you rather constantly post apps and not improve on the things people perceive as required for staff, or give it some time, make a good app and increase your chances of being accepted?

Got into Frogmen too late to really get to know you, but in that limited time that you were my boss, I gotta say you did a damn fine job as leader. You were extremely calm and rational 100 percent of the time, I don't see that very often so its rather refreshing to see. Good luck in school and make sure to come visit FM when you can.

Explaining how you have a lot of time on the server in about a paragraph isn’t going to sway anyone. While yes you’ve been on the server for a while, you already addressed that in your playtime. We understand this subconsciously with those numbers. You admitted that you really don’t have anything unique to bring to the table other than say your going to improve yourself and the server. Landon also pointed out the abundant amount of grammatical errors. All this gives off a vibe that you didn’t spend much time or thought into this. -1

It's definitely worth a try and it couldn't hurt testing out on the server. But one thing I think would be interesting is if those who retrieved the weapons could give them to other players. SOC could snag the weapons and distribute them to trusted Enlisted at some point.

I first joined the server in Early 2018 and I've been on and off on the server from September 2018 to June 2019. Whenever I get back into the server, it becomes my #1 thing. The amount of growth that I see in what should be a longer period of time is rather amazing. I am usually on during the early afternoon and I check in on the server in the morning, aside from being active on peak hours. I feel like I should have applied for staff a long time ago, but unfortunately I wasn't old enough at the time. As I return to the server for the foreseeable future, I feel like I needed to get more fully integrated with the server, give back to the community that has been so nice to me for so long. I feel that I have gained enough experience of the server, it's people, and rules through observations, and unfortunately trial and error. But hey, what will happen when I become staff? Me becoming staff during these times would result in higher accountability of players. Players on at the times I am uniquely active would see staff as more reliable and trustworthy as punishments are being handed out when rule breakers weren't attended to. I also prefer to keep war “clean” by taking sits mid-war whenever one comes up. I intend to use the mediator skills from my experience as a 2GA Officer to come to an unbiased conclusion on issues. On July 20th, in the afternoon, a bunch of 2GA PVTS were massing and rdming for a good hour and a half there were no staff active, meaning that officers (Porche, Naas and I) had to take matters into their own hands and take whitelists. Officers shouldn't have to do the job of staff when they are not there, having more staff, even one available, during that downtime would have made a huge difference. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? A few warns when I was starting out on the server in early 2018, last warn was for att. RDM in August of last year. I never ever have had a bad interaction with this guy. He is very levelheaded and a fantastic officer on 2GA, always willing to help out someone confused for any reason. +1

-1. I was trying to keep an unbiased viewpoint because I had never known you were before now. Your responses to evidence against you, however credible they may be, have been immature and non-constructive. That is not the way to act as an aspiring staff member and picking fights with some of the top staff on the server only hinders your chances of actually becoming one.

+1 If what we have seen so far is the only evidence against topshot, it isn't enough to get banned over. If staff are suspicious of topshot, they either need to gather more evidence or drop the case. I agree that it's sketchy as fuck. If he actually is hacking, his should be a good enough wake up call for him to stop doing it.
