Probably expected from those of you who are active on DarkRP and have noticed my absence. I've just been really busy with online school and in my free time planning dnd games for my group of friends. It's been a lot of fun to return back to DarkRP and get to be a staff member again but with college coming up I'm moving onto bigger things. I've been thinking about running a Roll20 (dungeon's and dragons) game for a online group besides my irl friends so if anybody is interested in that feel free to reach out to me. My friends and I all played on a rust server and wanted to be a meme clan. We all set our names to Japanese war generals and had a clan named "JAP" or something along that line. Every time we would go raiding we would all spam in chat a Japanese war cry - "Teikoku ni eikō to eikō o! Banzai!" (Honor and glory to the Empire! Banzai!) - Then everyone would know when we were raiding and the chat would flood with people warning of the Jap clan. When I joined Garnet I still had the name and decided not to change it. This was because I had gained a good reputation on the server and I didn't want to lose it by changing my name.

Accepted I think the whole ruling on the base is highly questionable on whether or not it's allowed, I myself as a previous Manager and current Administrator on the server, have a hard time trying to justify that as building in the street. Regardless, the appeal was made for a false report and that will be the focus for this acceptance. False report warns are generally reserved for minges and intentional false reports, given that the "hobo hut" was highly questionable to begin with, I don't blame him for reporting it. As for changing the warn to a Diss In A Sit warn, the video provided by spilq doesn't prove that and therefore will not be considered. @Tzar - Your warn should be removed, if not, get into contact with a manager+ @eXg-Buddha@Chase Please lock and move

Amazing experience. I'm interested in why you left those other servers and came to Garnet Gaming when you were such high level in the administration. I personally haven't interacted with you in game but due to your experience and activity I think you deserve a shot. +1

Been playing it a lot on my Oculus Quest. I have gotten pretty good but I can't play Expert+ without dying too quickly. Expert is where I'm stuck at for the time being.

+1 If this were to get added it definitely should only be set up for the Mayor, Mayor's Wife, and Police Warden (possibly secret service). If other jobs are allowed to have it, then their roles as law enforcement are diminished. Even then, I think it also takes away from the traditional method of making money that the Mayor & Police Warden have access to: Making laws, criminals are arrested, setting a bail. This method of money making is especially prevalent since the price to bail your friends out of jail is now much higher than it used to be (5,000 -> 50,000). If this is to be added, in whatever form it may be (printer machine or whatever), it needs to be greatly less powerful then the printers available (which seems to be the general consensus from other comments on this suggestion). Overall, I think this is a good idea, the incentive for criminals to raid PD goes up and the Mayor is able to make more money (which I believe is justified, since in practice the Mayor usually makes very little from bail and nothing from lotteries).

Started playing on this server the end of my sophomore year and got staff that summer, it's crazy that i'm here now at the end of my senior year. Time goes by fast! Glad to be apart of this wonderful community! Thank you Garnet for the memories and the more to be made!

Hey Chawhead, I like the points you bring up in your application and how you act in game. I've had several instances of you reporting players and respectively making sure everyone is cooperating with the rules we have set in place on our servers. Your past experience is also a huge bonus and I think you have a lot to offer in terms of knowledgeably on the rules and could assist your fellow moderators. For all these reasons, I think you would fit great in the role as a administrator on the server. +1 -Yamagata, Administrator

Hey EndemicZed, I like your application a lot but I haven't seen you in game at all recently, this is a big issue for me because I would like my fellow staff members to be active on the server and it's not worth giving you a rank and training you if you're just going to leave again. You bring up several good points in your paragraph section and I like that you don't have a history of minging. Unfortunately, because of the lack of activity I've seen from you, I can't give this application a +1. When I saw this post in the trending tab in the top right, I was really hoping it was in shitpost and was a meme report. It really does pain me to see this report because Buddah is such a good DarkRP manager and I have so much respect for him and this report really puts a sour taste in my mouth. As for the evidence, it clearly shows Buddah using some sort of aim assistance and I wouldn't be surprised if he has used these same mechanics on DarkRP as well. Really disappointing that someone who seemed really dedicated to this community is also undermining it with cheating software. +1 (Is this what you were doing on MRP when you were late for your staff meeting lmao)

You need to list your actual playtime in game. You don't list any hobbies or activities outside of Gmod... is this all you do? We want to know more about you Don't lie to us, we know you didn't Fix these mistakes on your next application and get more active on the server before considering re-applying. -1

-1 Thinking about it role play / in character wise it doesn't make any sense. The hitman / assassin would not automatically know that someone wants them dead and who is gonna fulfill that deed. It wouldn't be hard at all to police it, the hit logs & kill logs would be all that you need to monitor it. Overall it's not an issue of tracking rule breakers but makes no sense RP wise when the whole reasoning listed for the rule to be in place is due to realism.

-1 Sorry @The King of Rohan but I sincerely never understood how you ever achieved such a high position in the administration with how prone to fucking up you are. Under a privileged and trusted position you maliciously spawned in weapons and money for your friends, flew around the map with godmode shooting rockets into the streets, and falsely promoted a staff member to a position where he could have done more then just spawn in a server wiping missile. This is all the abuse that we know of and I guarantee there is even more to uncover. On top of all this, while knowing that you were blacklisted and banned from staff you used an alternate account to undermine your second chance that was given to you. Additionally, from his comments that you pointed out it's fairly clear he doesn't care at all nor understand how much damage he caused not only to the server but the reputation of the staff team. The only consideration I would give to letting him back on the server is that not doing so may cause him to chargeback all his donations on the server. Regardless, his image on the server harms it's integrity and reputation. Finally, from my understanding, Rohan has already been given a chance to redeem himself and he messed up, availing him another opportunity to come back will inevitably lead to issues. For all these reasons stated, it is only fitting that Rohan's ban continues to be in place on the server.

I applaud you for not wanting to go hard after him because of his age, even if he really does deserve it. Glad you got someone like @eXg-Buddha who has got your back in the midst of all these toxic ass people.

Those logs DO show him breaking NLR once to kill "BINLADINHOE" after he was killed by this player but they don't obviously show Mass RDM (the kills are spaced out between each other). It sounds like the player owned a base and potentially killed 3+ by enforcing a KOS sign. Accepted: You will be un-banned and receive a warning for NLR. Hawks will be talked to about the proof necessary for issuing bans but no there will be no formal strike against him. @eXg-Buddha @proggy Lock & move to accepted please.

-1 I can agree to some extent that media mic spam has different levels of "toxicity" but the reason i'm -1'ing is because it's impossible to define the boundaries of toxicity. I assume the argument that could be made is that the staff member should be able to recognize these different limits but certain media mic spam that may be extremely irritating and annoying to one staff member may not be at all annoying to another. There is no way to define the boundaries of media mic spam without subjectivity taking over and will cause a number of players taking advantage of the situation and seeing how far they can push it. Furthermore and most importantly, nobody wants to hear your shitty music.

This essentially sums up the entire application. This is an obvious deny and truthfully isn't worth a thought out response. -1

Your application is well written sure, but it gives little information on the format of "Why should we choose you over other applicants." You mention your experience and a lack of response time from the staff team, but you offer little more and give the minimum. I would be more willing to +1 this application but you haven't been active on the server at all recently. I've been online every day and have failed to see you online. My recommendation: IF this application is denied, get more active on the server and get yourself noticed by staff members (reporting). Your experience on the server doesn't make up for your inactivity. Additionally, referrals have to occur before applying for staff membership.
