First off, lying is not something tolerated within our community on appeals. Second, the evidence brought by @zoahl implies you massed not once, not twice, but three times. Unless you have a very good piece of evidence for the appeal, this is a classic case of MassRDM.

Appeal Denied
Accumulating Bans (3+) (Up to Executive discretion) PUNISHMENT: Ranges from a 6-month ban to a permanent ban. Depends on severity of bans.
When you received your 3 NITRP bans you could have been permed, but it appears the final harassment warn/ban was the nail in the coffin. Due to previous actions, unbanning you wouldn’t be beneficial, but potentially harmful to the server.

If shipment is still there, maybe add more hard cover inside and open it up a little bit in the main section. I do agree with Salmons idea, but instead of EMB from Echo, what if it was Company? (Theos has the screenshot in an above post)

Rather you are/aren’t in the right mindset, it should be fairly obvious that you can’t advertise other servers/communities while on our servers.
Links in chat: Posting links that are not associated with the Garnet Forums, in-game material, and/or faction google documents in chat is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in a warning for a non-GG link or a ban for advertisement should it be for another GMOD Community.

Obviously imma +1 because I gave him a referral, but he's a very respectable and hard working guy. Never complains when a problem arises, very easy and chill to work around. Overall a great pick for staff. Hope to see you on the staff team!

Like Texas said, you were pretty mingy when hanging out with witz, but since then it's been nothing but good. Although I haven't spoken or talked to you all too much, you seem to be a very kind and would be a beneficial person to the staff team and server.

While this is true in most cases. Rust has been getting on a few times a week for like the past month and just now came off reserves. She knows pretty much all the rules and helps out enlisted when she can. Not to mention its only been like 2-3 months, not many things have changed since then.

Honestly this should just be an insta accept. Recently a T.Admin willing to come back, knows the rules, very respectable, polite and a very good pick for the staff team (again).

Looking at the logs and different pieces of evidence, it's painfully obvious you had no intention to help/benefit the server. Everything that I have seen from your warns to your overall behavior has screamed “minge” and NITRP. Clearly you didn’t learn from your previous ban, and I doubt you would next time.

Looking at the clips @Tuna provided shows 2x crouch jump (you may have to set it to 1/4th speed). I myself have told you verbally to not crouch jump.

US's Dealer is on the North side of base, near the West gate, the gate that goes to Shipment....... I don't see where the logic is.
Edit: not to mention that US/RU Dealers are on the "same" side of the base.

Rather you lied in your appeal or not, the screenshot @eli_ presented is more than enough to deny this appeal. Even after you got killed with the things the GM gave you, why did you decide to mass? GMs should not be giving weapons/setting jobs outside of events, that being said, Dillan will be spoken to.

Good activity, very friendly, never causes issues, prev staff experiences. Can't think of negative reasons lol. Like others have said, duel staffing can be overwhelming at times, but I'm sure you were prepared for that when you made the application. Good Luck!
Side note. I kinda doubt your gonna spend anywhere near 8 hours on MRP then hop on DRP, that shit would turn my brain to mush.

-1 I personally don't think its worth coding this in as the kill feed works just as well and gives more information: how you died/killed someone, who they were, what type of class they/you are on. Although, I will admit I've glanced at it sometimes to count/see how many kills I got.
