  1. Accepted I am hopping on soon to set your rank, but do not use any staff permissions until you have been trained by @draggydx. You can contact him in TS, or on discord when he's available. Welcome to the staff team!
  2. Denied You don't have enough support on your staff application for me to consider accepting you as I don't know you in-game very well, and can only base this decision off what I see in this thread. Put more time into the community, showing people who you are, earning their trust, and then you can attempt to get staff again if you wish to. Wait at least 1 week to apply again. I suggest you wait longer though.

    Acid's Staff App

Denied Take the criticism you have received through the these member's -1s seriously, and improve upon your mistakes. You don't seem to have taken this application that seriously. Wait at least 1 week before applying again.
  4. Congrats on the position, @br0ken-! You earned it m8, you put in the extra effort to get manager this quick. I wish you luck in your time as manager!
  5. Accepted I am glad to see you took the time to better yourself, or more so your standing in the community by interacting with the community members, and earning their trust. Contact myself, Phantom, or Gildarts to set your rank in-game (don't use staff permissions till trained), and @Pencil to be trained. Welcome to the staff team!
  6. While it isn't a requirement to interact with everyone in the community, I don't want to base my decision off just an application. That's where the 75 hour requirement comes in, they need experience on the server, interacting with its members, and as staff, we interact with the entire server. So people who apply for staff should interact with a good amount of the people in the server so we have a good understanding of who we are letting in the staff team through those interactions. For people who don't have a large influence on the server, they need to try and interact with as many people as they can, like in his case. This is different from when I was accepted, playing almost only RU/Afghan, but I had a larger influence than most players due to me being a faction leader for a decent length of time before applying, already having 1000+ hours in the server. It is important to interact with the community before looking to staff on it. The thing "wrong with him" is that yes, the community doesn't know this person, RU is a large part of the community and so is US, so newer players need to have interactions in both in some way or another in order to be trusted by the majority of the community. Denied You already know what to do to improve for the next time you apply, if you do, based on what I have read. I like that you're taking the community's advice where you see fit, and improving. I look forward to interacting with you in-game or in-TS a bit more than we already have. Wait at least one week before applying again.
  7. I think it would be more interesting if the air drop was announced in chat during war, then took like 2 minutes to land, giving an incentive for both sides to go after it during the war, changing the status of the objectives. Doing it this way could have an interesting affect in war where one side is losing, and decides to take the air drop as a chance to go and take objectives while the other side goes for the airdrop and then try to take out the soldier's with the weapons, things like that. How do you plan to distribute the weapons among the team that captures it? All soldiers on the side that gets the crate gets an RPG and rapid fire weapon for one life? The person that captures it gets a pop up where they choose certain teammates to get the RPGs or weapons? Also, I would suggest making this a thing that doesn't happen every war, and instead happens like every two wars, or every other war, to make it a surprise affect on the war. Other than that, I like the idea for a new addition to the constant objectives wars!
  8. I agree with the suggestion, but I think we need to be more specific on what you want. I.E. how much stamina jumping eats up, how fast it regens, and when you can regen it. My suggestion for this is each jump would take 18/100 stamina, you regen 5 stamina a second, and can only regen stamina when you aren't sprinting/jumping so people can't continuously jump and regen as they sprint around. Five-Six jumps in one sprint seems reasonable to me (because this is about how many jumps you need to complete the obstacle course).
  9. Update The tryouts have taken a new turn, and as such, the entire faction itself. We're now orienting towards team building as our main focus within the faction and tryouts. This is a big change, so for those of you who have a group of 3-5 people that think you have what it takes to work together within SSO, use this guideline to practice and prepare. If you ever would like advice/assistance, contact me in-game, and I will try to help our your team when I am not busy. Lets see how this turns out!
  10. Denied I like that you took advice from the people that responded to your application by editing your application and improving it, but I have heard that you recently got back into playing the server after a break from the community. I would suggest you spend more time getting back into the community before looking to get staff. Wait at least one week before applying again.
  11. The light machine gun for base factions should have a slightly higher fire rate. I like it being slower, but I think a tweak would make it more viable at holding a position with sustained fire or firing through a wall.
  12. Denied You seem to have a lack of understanding of what rules are considered what punishments based on your reply explaining what Fail RP is. You put things that would be considered RDM or other types of rule breaks all as Fail RP. This gives me the vibe that you don't truly understand what punishments to give in certain scenarios. Other than that, you seem to be doing fine in 2GA as an Officer, and haven't been causing trouble, but that isn't enough for staff material, otherwise all Officers could be staff. Wait a minimum of one week before applying again. Look at staff rules and punishment guidelines.
  13. Accepted Welcome to the staff team! I will set your rank in-game when you're online, but don't use any permissions until you're trained by @draggydx!
  14. Denied Enough has been said here. I heard you say once in TS that you applied early to know what to improve on. Don't do that. Instead, just ask what you should do or what things you could do to better your chances of being accepted and only apply when you're fully ready please. Wait at least one week before applying again.
  15. Denied Like br0ken said, you don't meet the playtime requirement, and you advertised your staff application (which if you read the staff rules before applying like you should, you would know not to do this). Please put more effort into your application next time you apply. Wait until you meet the requirements to apply before applying next time. Even then, being staff should not be one of the first things you go for on the server.
  16. don't forget SSO SMG, and removing it from Vega Group : Operator

    Gamma's Staff APP

Accepted No doubt you'll do great, but I won't set your rank in-game and you won't receive training until you're computer is fixed and you're off your LOA. When you get back, you can look forward to getting trained by @draggydx, if he's there when you come back. Welcome to the staff team finally!
  18. Denied There is plenty of good feedback here for you to evaluate, Jerry. Look through these replies when you have calmed down, and actually think about what you did wrong. These replies summed up what I wanted to say pretty much, so I will let you look through them and use what you think is helpful to your improvement. Wait at least two weeks before applying again. I want to see improvement if you want to apply again, if you really want to become a staff member.
  19. Denied Doesn't meet minimum playtime requirement.

    Removing Jump Meta

Accepted, kinda Garnet already implemented his own version of this in an update.
  21. I get to see your personality and attitude more if you have interacted with the player base for a longer amount of time. The more fit you are for staff, the more likely you will be accepted if you wait longer to show that to people. Also, a staff member is not just someone doing a job, they are supposed to be a role model for others to look up to, and I need to make sure that's the case before I accept you. Prove that by being a role model without staff powers, and the staff abilities you would get would only help you further in being a role model member. Denied I don't think you're ready for staff yet. You might be a nice dude, but you gotta show it before you apply. You haven't been back for too long from what I know, or at least you haven't put yourself out there as a good leader/role model. If you truly think you're fit for staff, show it to the community before you apply through your everyday interactions with them. Wait at least one week before applying again.

    TKTV"s Staff App

Accepted Welcome to the staff team, TKTV! I have already set your rank in-game, but you'll need to be trained by @draggydx before you can use any staff commands. You can contact him in TS when he isn't busy.
  23. Accepted Welcome back to the staff team m8! I already set your rank in-game, don't use your perms till you're trained by @draggydx!
  24. Denied I recommend you just play the community and get to know the people in it, engaging in the community before you think of applying. 75 hours is the minimum, but that doesn't mean you should apply at the bare minimum. Hope you take my advice, and think of becoming more established in the community before looking to staff on it.
  25. Accepted I have already set your rank in-game (don't use staff perms till trained), but contact @draggydx to be trained. Welcome to the staff team!
