[minimum 2 paragraphs] I should be chosen over the other applicants for many reasons. I have a lot of experience with staffing in GG and out of GG. I used to be a staff member back in 2017 and 2018 on DarkRP. From my involvement on multiple staff teams, I’ve developed knowledge about all server rules as well as staff rules to enforce them and keep steady ground with all players. I’ve recently started back into DarkRP once again to enjoy the time I had before and expand on new friendships. My maturity has grown over the years from all the ups and downs I’ve gone through. I’ve learned from every mistake I have encountered and figured out a way to fix them to make me a better person. To prove that point, I was unbanned earlier this year from a community ban with the intent of returning back by fixing my behavior and that has led me to become staff on SWRP and acquire the title of Trial Admin. Staffing has always been my go-to on every GG server. I cannot play on any server without staffing on there. I love the responsibility and challenges that staffing has to offer. It’s always been my passion day one to aid the server to the best of my ability. I know how to handle every report and situation in an impartial and respectful manner. I am already familiar with all commands, rules, and responsibilities of perfecting my role as a staff member. I strive to be a hard worker and a role model within the server to set a good example for both users and staff. I was community banned in 2019 for doxxing, I made an unban appeal and it was accepted. Everything is resolved and well. I was also banned from MRP back in 2018 for MassRDM. +1 This suggestion has great benefits and I can't think of one thing wrong with with it. It's a simple and easy to make server-side clock and I see no issue in adding it. Having the clock in 24 hour time is also great because the logs also use 24 hour time.

+1 I staffed with E33OR back in 2017 and I saw first hand what E33OR is capable of. There was a reason why he got way up there in staff because he knew what his responsibility was and how to properly handle every situation in a formal attitude. Veteran staff coming back to the staff team is always great to see.

Well to be honest, if you do crash and your printers end up being left vulnerable, it sucks to suck. You can't prop block your printer off because that's prop block and fail base because you have printers in your base. RDMing multiple times so players won't obtain your vulnerable printers without any KOS sign or obligation allowing you to do so is a HUGE yikes. The way that Xavier acted did seem unprofessional for even a senior moderator who's been part of the staff team for a good while. You are staff and you should of been well aware of what you've been doing and could of avoided this whole situation. Clearly, the video shows Xavier breaking multiple rules that would suffice up to a ban. +1

+1 A capture the point kind of event which will be unique in the automated event pool. This is will be a great idea to implement as it will be something new other than which player has the most kills. You have to work with your team to clear and hold the point which is the supply drop and have to defend it from CIS. We do have capture points on the server so maybe changing the model of the flag to a container of some sort and have it spawn/despawn in an outpost, and CIS surrounding it and the nearby area.

+1 I'd love to see some designated lore character classes for players to obtain and roleplay with their battalions. Right now, some players play as lore characters but don't have the right model at the moment.

If you are able to upload that video of them rdming so the proof is there, then they will be banned for MassRDM.

Your screenshots shows the reportee doing multiple failrp /me's but you mentioned If you have video recording or more screenshots of him breaking his role as an event character and if there was any logs perhaps from a staff member who was there at the time, it would help your case more. I can see that Mango, a staff member, was there at that time might have screenshots of logs or any more proof. I can trust you to take your word on this but sufficient proof is always more desirable. I can see that the "Interruption of debrief" could be because of the /me's and possibly other actions provided in your screenshot. If he refused to leave 19thAW tryouts and the Jedi Temple, shock could of easily handled it. Nonetheless, the only proof you provided was of their failrp /me's in your screenshots. In my opinion, I would punish the player for a failrp warn with the current proof provided.

+1 The application is well written. You are a very trusted staff member and I know you can fulfill the role as a gamemaster perfectly.

I recommend beefing up your 2 paragraphs for "Why should we choose you over other applicants?" and also adding more to the "Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server:". It's always nice to have well detailed and lengthy paragraphs.

Suggestion: Replace the '501st Trooper : Commander' job model to the Commander Appo model instead of the Rex model. Replace the job model of 'Torrent Company : Commander' to the Rex model. Reason: Rex is the current model for the '501st Trooper : Commander' job but Rex isn't a commander until the very end of the Clone wars but we're not at that period yet. Rex leads the Torrent Company and would make sense for its model to be on the 'Torrent Company : Commander ' job. The efficient part is that the Appo model and Rex model is already on the server so no need of an external addon. Appo Model String: models/player/gideon/501st/501st_appo/501st_appo.mdl Rex Model String: models/player/gideon/501st/501st_rex/501st_rex.mdl Edit: Replace the current model for 'Torrent Company : Commander' to the Rex model.

+1 Your roleplay in game is enjoyable by others and if you become a gamemaster, I have no doubt that your events will be enjoyed too. On top of that, you've been really active and have been mature. Your event ideas are interesting and I can see that you've put a lot of thought in them.

+1 "The Kamino Plot" is well written and described. I liked the layout of it and especially the plausible multi-plots. You've shown great activity and have a great lengthy application. Becoming a gamemaster is a good step for you.

Gamemasters can use this pack and choose from a variety of props to set their scenery for their event. Adding this pack will also add more props to be able to buy for the battalion's bunks. There are so many unique props ported from the SWTOR game and honestly just look really nice. Many servers have this addon and I've used this pack many times before too. One issue is that I'm pretty sure the owner of that prop pack has a lua file called 'advert.lua' that adverts the owners community discord which is pretty childish but it is very easy to remove. You can simply just remove the 'advert.lua' file. I recommend to just open the workshop link to the addon and look at the preview of it to see each prop. Thank you.

-1 This implementation would not work with our current agreed plan with having the chosen 3 main battalions + pilots and shock. I just don't really see any purpose for having this battalion. We already have RC, Alpha, and RANCOR serving as the "special ops battalion". There's really no point of adding more battalions at the moment.

+1 These grenades look really nice, especially the explosion effects. There are so many unique grenades with their own purpose that most of us would love to see in game. 84 mb isn't too bad either.

-1 We're always looking for new members for the gamemaster team and you seem to be a potential candidate but you are fairly new to the server. I do recommend playing more, getting to know others and ultimately showing other players that you exist, then make another application when you feel ready. Your event ideas are interesting but you should add more of an in depth explanation of each event, explaining it step by step. Hope to meet you soon on the server!

+1 It's very efficient for staff to be able to whitelist because it'll give the opportunity for battalions to whitelist newly trained recruits to their battalion if there is no officers on. This will also help in many other situation involving players needing whitelists.
