I'm gonna say +1 you are a great leader I've seen how you work with army and GB and i think with that leadership you will make a great addition to the staff team, I have some suggestions you can do if you get denied if you go again. Go into detail about how YOU will benefit the staff team, how you can make a change to the server. As staff we already know how to be a staff member what were looking for is what you will do. but other than that its a +1

I never said it wasn't my job forever I still do the just I just trained 2 recruites back to back but at the time hydro was on and the guy logged off after I had just told hydro to go train I don't mind doing it but if there is someone else on that is supposed to do it then its my job to tell them to do it we had an officer meeting about this and this is what I was told next time I will just go train instead of telling someone else to do it I will take the responsibility of training the recruit

I never yelled I was just telling him that he wouldn't take the recruits out of base. I had just gotten on the server and saw him with a recruit and thought it was wrong. I now realize that I was in the wrong and I apologize for that.

I still train im doing it right now but I didn't train him because we had someone to do it, it was hydros fault for not training him and I was waiting a little longer for hydro to respond before I went to train him but them he left. I never said that it wasn't my job if no one else is on.
