What happened? (include any proof): I flicked my mouse between two targets and I killed peekay then gythem I lined up peekays head so I didnt have to move it much I thought this was war but it stopped so I killed peekay which I lined his head up for and I moved to gythems head and shot all headshots again according to gythem and I don't record normally so I can provide my POV. Ozzy has more clips that led to my ban.

peekay on gythems POV is fidgety and such he flicks his head around and it’s a bit fishy in his pov like peekay is locking onto gythems body and then I pop up on gythems pov I am doing 360s and turning right and left and 180 degrees like I can lock on but in my defense, I did not do that I was shifting my head left to right really fast. Peekay in that clip is really fidgety for some reason I don't know if gythem is running on 32-bit GMOD or anything but something doesn't seem right in his clip. I used to have videos of me playing in war but I did remove them after a 2-week interval of the day I recorded the videos and I didn't send them to dropbox to save for later. I have learned after playing a while on what my weaknesses are and to try and train by simming against people that better than me at those certain things. Like sniping, I used to be really bad at that but after hours on hours of playing and simming against people I got better and better at it. I have the same skill as I do in GMOD in other shooters like valorant. I have played for a while now and I have never once considered cheating at all I want to help regain military rps community back to what it was in 2018. Ozzy has more videos of me and I haven’t seen them so I can’t defend myself from them but gythems clip shows that in his POV he is a bit laggy or others look really fidgety in his game which would explain why I look really botty in his clip. But it would make no sense of me cheating I come on GMOD to have fun and meet new people me cheating would ruin one of those two. I play with high dpi and high sensitivity on all games its how I play I tried low sensitivity and it doesn’t work for me, I can move my camera really fast which is what gythem probably noticed from his clip.

There are multiple factors here that support the fact that you were cheating:

- The intense shaking and then 2 clean kills

- The immediate "OH SHIT WAR IS OVER" right after the kills. This makes it seem like you were messing with your config and were prepared to say it was an accident if things went south like they did. However, you knew war was over since you were in DB already. It just seems like you were ready to make a poor excuse to cover up a mistake on your part

- From what I hear, you said you weren't going to make a ban appeal because it wasn't worth it. If you were truly banned unrightfully, you would have immediately jumped on the opportunity to do so.

- Apparently, you have been suspect for cheats in recent times and were being watched. Numerous players have told me that you weren't that good and all of a sudden popped off on occasion.

As a player who has been around for a little, you know how you play. It seems that you carefully select times to toggle on, but try not to make it seem obvious. In this instance, it appears that bad luck is what got you caught. The factors in favor of you cheating are plentiful, and there is no argument in your defense that can really prove your innocence, especially not videos of sims from months ago.

I love you fetn, but i agree with this, when you came back from DRP, you r skill level skyrocketed.  you were suspected of cheating by a lot of people. The video seems pretty cut and dry.

The evidence is enough to solidify a ban for cheating. I respect you as a person Fetn, but unfortunately I’m left with no doubt in this situation.
