Past experiences as staff: I was a Head Admin on a DarkRP server called NUL Servers and I was a Trial moderator on a PoliceRP server.

How do you plan on benefiting our server? 

As a Staff member on the Military RP server I have many plans. One of my favorite things about this server is the community aspect and how everyone interacts. I have truly been able to experience this after becoming an officer for the army. One thing I see a lot in the army is the minges, as a Staff member I can put a stop to minges there and then instead of waiting for Cod or Rust to find them. These minges can ruin someone's experience or even cause a domino effect and make more than one person a minge which may lead to a MassRDM incident. 

I am usually online during the afternoon and night (10am - 2 am) is my usual hours that I will get on in between. This means that I talk to a lot of different people throughout the day and tend to be active amongst our community. My main objective in this server is to make it the best it could possibly be by helping with fun events and keeping people chill so we can all have a good time because that's the best part of our server, is that we can talk to random people and have legitimate conversations whether it be about improving the server, talking about updates or what we think should be updated, down to just random chitter-chatter. This server is a place where people get onto it not just to roleplay, but because they have made multiple friends on it and love the atmosphere the staff has created, I'm one of the people, and I'd like to help preserve this community we are all a part of.

I don't have an insane amount of hours and am really only known on the US side of the server, but I think that I would be a good fit for staff because I can get along with people pretty well and people that I had quarrels with when I first joined I no longer have quarrels with. I found that this server is really easy to make friends on, and enemies wont last long.

I got a warning a while ago for shooting a friendly during a raid. So I was in a sniper tower watching the gate during a raid [RU was raiding US] when I saw an RU pass the gate and the person that came in was a US but they were SOC and I was a PFC so I didn't know character models and killed him. He reported me and I got caged for 5 minutes and a warning.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: A lot of time, I'm a senior in high school so I don't have much else to do. More than half my playtime is in the last 2 weeks and I've been on the server for 3 or 4 weeks.

I think the staff team will be a great fit for you. You are very respectful to everyone, i notice you do very well with  people during tryouts and while instructing. You are active a good amount, and that is great for a staff member. I like how in your application, it isn't fully focused on taking care of minges, but also to make the community a better place. I hopped on the server yesterday to check how things are going and I got trained for DS by this dude. He was a pretty cool dude to talk to and he actually cared about the players he was training. Although considered to be on the low playtime you seem to learn quick.

I don't have too much interaction with Montere other than occasional interection when he asks for setjobs and when I just go chill at US base. but I do notice he is very hard working for 11B as he is one of the most engaging in 11B. He seems like a chill dude and I've never had a problem with him or seen anybody have a dislike towards him. 

Although I would like to see more of an interaction with the RU side too because as a staff, obviously you are not limited to helping the side you main.

I personally have never had or seen any issues with you. You’ve always been a great role model for Army, every time I join or see you, you’re always involved with 11B enlisted. You never act out and lose your temper like most people do. I feel you’d be a great benefit to the team and I feel this will be a great learning experience for you as well.
