    Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]:

One of the reasons why I believe I deserve this rank more than any other applicants is because of my activity throughout the day and my initiative to help and teach new players. I always try to allow new players to have a good time on GarnetGaming. I'm usually active on most nights and that's when lots of RDM, PB, AttRDM and other shenanigans are popular due to not many staff online. It sucks to see people get away with lots of stuff like that and I would love to keep players like that off of the server. I really enjoy getting to the bottom of things. I like to try as hard as I can to fix whatever is wrong or broken and get stuff done. I also don’t enjoy giving up. I'm a very consistent person when it comes to work or problem solving and I truly believe I can bring this mindset to the Staff Team.

 

Another reason I believe I deserve this rank is because I have matured over the years. I have taught myself how to respect and engage properly with people. I have gotten good at easing high strained situations and flexibly moving around them until I get to the point I also record all my gaming so I will almost always have proof of reports. I always want to keep myself out of drama and want to stay neutral to conflicts and not get myself into any trouble. My last reason why I think deserve this rank more than anyone is because I want to make sure everyone is having a good time. And make sure no one could ruin each others day or Garnet experience. And those are the reasons I think I would be a great fit on the Staff Team.

You have a lot of bans, but they were from a while ago, and I'm all for second chances.

You also were a huge help in creating a server event a few nights ago, props for that. I've seen a drastic change in your behavior since you first came to the server.

I won't +1 or -1 (since I'm manager), but unless anyone says anything bad that's happened recently, you have my support. Trial mod/vip mod is for taking chances and giving people a chance after all.

I'm going neutral he helped shin do a tdm event the other day so he is all for the server and loves to help it, its just that you have quite a few bans and warns our job is to enforce not break the rules  but still your a great guy and the best of luck.
