What happened? (include any proof): I just got banned for cheating for 999 years. I know for a while people have thought that I cheated (never have in any game) and would like to see the evidence brought against me.
Why should your ban be removed?: I dont cheat and have been clipping most of the "sus" kills that I get and would once again like to see the evidence.

Another "rushed ban" with poor evidence. Makes sense why you said nobody had wanted to push the ban. Seems a bit like a witchhunt given the messages in OOC prior to the ban and the conversation in TS following it.

+1. The provided evidence is not conclusive enough to verify whether Capcom is cheating or not.

 

I'm beginning to feel like @Python shouldn't be trusted with gathering/reviewing evidence and banning people for cheating. And its a shame that enough staff had agreed that these were concrete.

If the case has been building up for 2-3 weeks and this is all the evidence that Python has, then I'm entirely convinced this is a witchhunt of some kind.

This is also Python's second cheating ban in the past month with evidence that shows literally nothing and can be easily counter argued.

For instance, the kill through smoke? The smoke didn't render properly.

It's not the amount of clips. It's what is shown in those clips.

First streamable clip: Not that hard because you didnt see me and I had time to set up a shot on you (unfortunately dont have the clip because i didnt think much of the kill)

Second streamable clip: I hit my shots and had good TS callouts | https://streamable.com/1j52i1

Third clip: I aimed head height and hit shots while you guys were moving in a tight column (https://streamable.com/ka9uoj)

Fourth clip: I didn't think that was worth clipping because i just hit the shots and that was the only clip (Unfortunate I dont have a clip)

Clearly there is a large amount of discrepancy between what happens on one person's screen and what happens on the other, in the case of the clip of you and me in shipment, it seemed like you landed and killed me almost instantly, but on your screen it took a couple seconds. Garry's Mod is weird, I support you now.

Common visual bug with smokes. I've had this in the past where smokes don't render, it isn't uncommon. Really should've been considered. Capcom has this clipped here: https://streamable.com/0w0k8c

Overall +1. Completely rushed and insufficient. Most of these clips were completely disproved by other clips, others he may not have but they are insufficient and not very suspect. This is the second ban recently where Python bans someone for cheating with insufficient evidence. If you spent 2-3 weeks and this is all you got then it's pretty obvious he isn't cheating.
