It would seem that with the title "Bank Robber" that he could actually rob the bank, or be part of a team that can rob the bank. If the bank robber could rob the bank then the class would have something to do other than looking like GMAN. In-fact, I'm fairly sure that this is a problem with the task of "bank robbing" in and of itself, so this suggestion could also be interpreted as "Fix the Bank" or possibly "Integrate the party system into the bank so it is not broken".
