Currently all special forces factions have access to 4 classes ( not including Tier classes ) and all base factions have access to 6 classes ( Not including tier classes ). We're suggesting adding two additional classes to each faction. One class would be an Engineer type class, that gets access to a lockpick, wrench, breaching charge and will have the ability to spawn vehicles. The other class will relate to the factions sub-battalion, e.g GRU gets a better sniper as they are a sniping faction, SSO gets a CQC Weapon with better utility to help them charge in etc. We also have suggested changes to base factions as well, both base will be given a sniper class a huge step up from their marksman/dmr ( Base factions will need the pre-req marksman WL to tryout for sniper class. sniper classes will also be limited on both sides ). A LMG for 2GA and a shotgun for Army, Balancing out the two base factions. We have also suggested changes to the factions which you can all see yourself with the link below. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] This would benefit the server as it would allow the server to have more progression within factions typically you tryout (most times not even tryout anymore) for two additional classes ( either medic and sniper or breacher ), with this faction members will have access to two additional classes. This would also give players more choices for weapons and utility without having the need to spend the money and donate for additional weapons. I don't see anyone using the the Marksman classes in SOC factions with how weapons currently work(I don't know what the edits are). Delta Force's specialist's class should get a Russian weapon if the whole point is that they are disguising as a Russian soldier. (maybe Vegas should change too but the FN Fal is used in a US Elite class (Guardian). I would just give Delta Force and Vega GRU's 103, and GB's Scar Light. (atleast soc AR's) Link to comment

I'm personally looking forward to sub-faction utilizing this. (Now responding to the quote) A mosin and orsis nerf is just around the corner dropping their base damages to 80. This will provide a larger incentive to use the marksman classes. 1 of the two marksman classes also have extra utility which should provide an even larger incentive for use. Would let them feel special even when the whitelist is full. Also would let you know if the class is just being handed out or too easy to get if you see like 20 people with the MOS. Just a thought to generate more RP with the additions. +1 to all suggested edits, though the SVT-40 is kind of ugly for GRU to have. Perhaps the SKS-D where its a DMR and not a full-auto mess like it was for frogmen. 3 Link to comment
