How do you plan on benefiting our server?: 

I have been a part of the Garnet Gaming community for four years, joining in February of 2017. I have never received any kind of punishment in any garnet gaming servers as far as I can remember. I have previously been a Head Moderator for MilitaryRP back in 2018, and decided to apply for staff once again. I plan to benefit Garnet Gaming MilitaryRP with my experience, leadership, and my personality.

To begin, I plan on benefiting the server by bringing my staff experience; like stated above, I have already been a staff member on MilitaryRP and want to bring my skills and experience from then to now. Other than being staff here, I have experience being staff on quite a few DarkRP servers as well, anywhere from being a trial moderator to managing servers and staff. With these experiences, I can be an asset to the staff team by bringing a unique perspective and just overall more experience on how to deal with different situations that may arise while being staff. I also would not be a burden to the staff team by already knowing most of the commands, rules, and just overall how to deal with a situation, but I haven’t been staff on GG for awhile and would need to learn anything new that is in effect currently. Finally, being in the community for a long time and playing quite a bit, I have learned a lot throughout the time I have been here.

Secondly, I plan on benefiting the server by my leadership skills and experiences. I have quite a bit of experience both in game and in real life. In the game I have previously been Major General (2018) and GA (2020) of the Army. While in SOC factions, I have learned to be more professional to reflect the representation of the faction and to be more of a role model to enlisted and other officers. While I was mature and professional when I was on staff in 2018, I believe I have improved greatly from then, between now and then, I have gotten a job, been on staff in other servers, and getting older. 

Finally, I plan on benefiting the server with my personality. Everyone has a unique personality, and I believe that my personality can help and not hinder the staff team. I can be a positive addition to the staff team by being professional and mature when needed, but also being more relaxed and affable. One of the most important qualities to be a staff member is to not be biased, when punishing people I will not let myself be biased and given them a punishment they do not deserve or don't give them a punishment that they do deserve. 

While I cannot put every single reason of how I can benefit the staff team, server, and community, I made an effort to put as much important information related to the question and application as I could.

Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP?: I have not been banned or punished on GG MRP, except for a warning that was appealed and accepted.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes, I made one application in 2018 and got accepted, resigned as Head Moderator.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Entirely depends on the day and the activities I have. Essentially I can play 2 to 6 hours on Monday and Thursday, 1 to 4 hours on Tuesday and Wednesday, 2 to 8 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

If it wasn't for his activity recently that spiked up I would've -1'd but Eric is a genuine dude who doesn't cause issues at all and is worth a shot at staff as he's already proven himself before as staff.
