In terms of the mass slays, you really have no reason to be doing something seemingly childish as a manager. Granted, it was late night and according to Jasmin, she was okay with it. It just seems like a lapse of judgement. What I don't like is how you are making this report about bishop trying to spite you when, as a manager, you should be taking accountability and keeping the report related to your misdoings.
