How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] 

I plan on assisting the server by helping the staff team make decisions, and/or bring new ideas to light in order to further improve GG MRP. Seeing how as I am previous staff x2, I can apply my experiences to situations where it is required. I enjoy this server very much (should be obvious seeing I've come back twice now), and a huge part of my enjoyment comes from the community. I will strive to keep the enjoyment of other players around me, both new and old, so that I may be able to continue enjoying the server myself. 

Essentially, I want the new player experience to be smooth as these people help bring the server up and could possibly make changes that are beneficial to the server as well. I am able to keep calm in a sit or rp scenario and make sure it doesn't go bad. Currently, I see a lack of RP on the server so I am willing to offer ideas for RP events such as assassination events, kidnapping events, holding the objective while negotiating with the opposing force peaceful terms, etc. I also believe it should be explained to the reportee if they are being punished, why they are being punished and teaching them going forward how to better themselves and become better community members. Seeing how as I start as a T mod, I will still be able to give ideas and give my opinion on other ideas brought up by the community, and I will do my best to make sure people care about the server and have fun such as I do. As of right now, I should have an open schedule and plan on being on for peak hours on the server.

+ Paragraph was pretty creative and has actual plans to both help the server AND the staff team, I like that. Most people just want to help what's seen in front of the curtains, not behind.

- Your warn, so let me explain this. You didn't get warned for the tali DB kill and honestly I think it'd be impossible to kill someone in DB from a shot outside Soccer field, you'd have to go through the massive wall, Spawn wall, and then DB wall. The reason you got warned was because you killed someone in soccer field this rule was put in place quite a bit back where soccer field is considered base camp, this is your own fault and your own negligence for the rules. I really don't like this.

I'm going to give you a +1 however I suggest taking responsibility for your warn and knowing the rules next time.

This line right here stands out to me heavy, staff should not sit over the community to be seen as "higher" than everyone else, but should be integrated in with our community teaching, and helping them grow as players.
