Loading screen Suggestion

Description: This suggestion is just asking for Garnet to put the TS address at the Top left and then add the main discord on the top right  

Reasoning: The Reasoning for this suggestion is for when ever new members join the server its easier for them to join the TS or the discord from loading in from the server, I've seen many new members join the server but then never join the discord once they get trained and this could help people joining TS more and the discord with advertising it more then just putting it in the chat sometimes and at the spawn room for the recruits.

To add on to this suggestion a simple fix for !discord as of now you get the SWRP discord rather then the Mil Rp discord
