Past experiences as staff: [Optional] I haven't been staff in this community, but I have on countless other games. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] Well, to get right into it, I feel I'm a good fit. I've played on this server for many years, and have gotten to know this community as my home. I really enjoy everyone in the server, and all the staff that come through over the years. I've got a good reputation with most members in the community, and I'm apart of most active clans as well. I'm a pretty laid back guy and love to chill with people, which is the main reason why I get along with everybody. I stated this on my last application, but where I'm from I've always been taught to treat everyone with respect, so I've applied it to online as well. Every person I meet I try to get along and learn about them on a personal level. I'm the same way IRL, so I'm kind of a loner and hang out with every friend group in my school haha. The memories I've made in this community are drastic, and this server has made my online journey 1000% better. I feel like this server really shows what a group of people can do when they put their mind to it. I have a genuine love for this community and all the players in it, and I feel like becoming a staff member would help me in that journey. To get into a little bit about me, Hi, I'm Lucas. I play a lot of thrash/heavy metal stuff on guitar and I'm always trying to get better. If you're in a voice chat with me and I go quiet, it's probably because I'm playing guitar haha. I'm currently trying to grow my hair out a bit, and I'm planning on getting it feathered or something like that to give it that extra 80's vibe. I live in the middle of the United States, but I'm from Southern Mississippi. My family background is mostly military, so the home was different for the first years of my life. I'd lived in 4 different states before I was 5 years old. I really enjoy sightseeing, hiking, camping, biking, swimming, etc. Like I stated with my age I'm almost 16, so I've been practicing driving mostly. My dad gave me a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta SE Manual for my first car, so it's definitely a bit harder to learn but I'm getting the hang of it. That's about it for me. My idea with this application is not to show you all my pros and how I'm the best person on the planet to become staff, but to show you what kind of person I am and how I can make a difference in this community. Everyone on a team makes a difference, and with each new person it makes that difference even larger. I feel like becoming apart of that difference is a big responsibility and a big show of what dedication and genuine love for this community can do for you. I hope these paragraphs show why I wish to become staff, and show my genuine interest in becoming apart of the pillars of this community. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes, I made one I believe a few days or a week or so ago. Before that I made 1 more back in 2019. Like I stated above, I play lots of guitar and love the outdoors. I would like to start off my reply with some good things about you. I personally take into consideration the amount of time that is put into applications like this and I can see you put time and effort into this application, genuinely. I commend you for being honest about your bans and warns and would like to say that I appreciate you doing so, so we all don't have to look into it. You have put a LOT of time into the server, more than me (though that doesn't say much considering my time right) which shows you are pretty dedicated to the server which I can ALSO appreciate. You say you'd like to spend 8+ hours a day on the server (somewhat unrealistic but I believe you considering your time on the server already). Now for the harsh(ish) parts of this. I take into consideration the amount of bans people have and more importantly the REASONS why they were banned. I understand RDM bans to a certain extent because late at night, y'know or before a reset people just let loose and everyone's just havin' fun killing each other and boom an admin gets involved and stuff happens. With that being said, the NITRP and Mass NLR (althought I'm not aware of the situation) I am taking into account and saying that you have been messing around with people a fair bit (which I have seen myself as you can see by the warn lol) but I'm not going to let that sway my opinion. Toddd 67 Posted July 14, 2022 Share Posted July 14, 2022 Negatives and positives-1 paragraphs are mostly filler -1 Multiple bans on record-1 NITRP, MNLR Ban makes me believe you don't know the rules- Has 400hrs but played in 2019 - 2 warns on RDM but prolly just goofin+1 seems to be invested into the server Overall ApplicationMagicKrakers your staff app is really well thought and written well but most of the staff app is you explaining who you are and what is in your life not why we should choose you over others. I think that you wouldnt be a good staff member because of your interactions with the community as far as I've seen. I've came on a few times since i've been on vacation just to talk to people but in those few times all i've seen you do is base and farm, yes most people do that but with 400hrs most of that has to be afk, basing and interacting with community. He would make a good staff member because he can put in the time and effort and get it done. I have already seen him helping other people on things about the server such as building a base and making a fading door.
