Suggestion: add perma perks to CC

reasoning: divine gave me the idea from the thread. Maybe add options to add perma perks to CC’s like 20 creds for 300 HP and 175 shield. So on and so forth. I find it annoying and can be costly depending on you rate of death.

Perks aren't that expensive and I've never minded buying them from the perk machine. Even if this was on the store, I'd probably still buy perks from the vending machine because I don't often need them personally, but even for those who are killed all the time, it makes death a little scarier when it costs money lol.
