What is the best software for clipping Gmod

I have heard people toss around Medel and Outplayed but I can never get a solid answer, could anyone give me a good recommendation.

I like medal tv. Only problem is sometimes if you don’t open the medal software before you start playing it won’t clip it.

I use medal. It's easy to use and edit when needed. medal seems to never shut down as long as its open and running in the back, you won't miss a clip!
