(include any proof): There was a 3:30PM war on Sunday, 1/8/2023. The war was issued in factory. Oracle , an SPC with 3 hours at this time, was hitting some crazy clips and flicks. I didn't think it was that suspect at the time but I clipped it anyways. This dude must have the absolute maximum hours in gmod being able to hit JUST headshots from that distance. This guy is just CRACKED.
