ATM ROBBING

Description: I propose we add ATM entities around the map that are able to be "broke into". To break into them, maybe you have to use a lockpick of sorts, or ATM cracker; that takes a bit of time to crack. They will award the player some money (less than the bank, but more than 50k), but will also give the player a wanted status for doing so. 

 

Reasoning: It will add another way for thieves to get money, give police another way to arrest people, and will add another thing that players can do.
