 Not going to lie I'm copy pasting most of my old application in this because I'm not typing it again. Old paragraphs removed cause Romac can't read. I have Vip and a somewhat credible rep in the server. with a few training sessions id be more than confident trying to assist in staff duties. I have done minor staffing in a TTT server that no longer exists but I never found gmod menus to be tough to navigate or hard to use in any way. beyond simple staff tasks I can be an asset in other areas of knowledge and expertise to new players and returning alike. 

 

Also having a -Pay to be mod- system is kind of flawed but beyond that I'm not going to try and flex money for something that I'm more than capable of doing. Only making a point to mention this because I've watched some "staff" who bought it just to skip applications and are iffy at best for the job. (not naming names) and the other side of the coin where someone has been staff for long enough that they test the limits of the power given. MassRDM turns from 2 weeks to 1 week because "No intent", There's no method to this madness. 

 

So am I a better applicant? Maybe. Am I any different than your current staff? Not really.

I don't even play DRP but this is one of the worst applications I have ever seen; all it is is that it is an ego application.

So this means no disrespect but when it asks you "why should we choose you" YOU are Persuading to US (and mainly the management team) that YOU are more than eligible to take on this responsibility. Admitting and stating that you are too lazy and suborn to make an proper application and decide to go on a rant about paying for mod its not really convincing me. 

Now when it comes to my experiences with you in-game they have been positive so I don't think you are "incapable" of this position. But again to the public eye the way I'm reading this application I don't feel enthusiastic or eager to give you a plus one vote...

I'm going to have to -1 this because you are just copying and pasting as you said and not taking the time to just make an app and even then the paragraphs aren't good as it's only 1 paragraph that answered the question and the other was a rant on the case of VIP MOD and Corruption. Overall the paragraphs are the most important part of an staff app.

We usually tell people not to reapply using their last application but that was not said when @Derpza denied yours. So Im not gonna hold it against you but Id advise writing new paragraphs to avoid the -1's. 

 

Since you weren't told then you're being told now. You cannont reuse your last application to any degree.

Yeah Puhnage, I like you and we have good interactions in-game I think. I love your hobo casinos especially.

 

That being said, Frankie said a lot of what I was thinking about the tone of this application. You seem like a good guy in game and I don't doubt you'd be willing to help out new players, but I don't exactly feel enthusiastic based off of this application. Copy + pasting parts of your old app "because I'm not typing it again" kinda rubbed me the wrong way, and I don't much think that the application is the right forum for this mini-rant about purchasable VIP Mod and subtle digs at other users. Your playtime, age and experience are positives for sure and you seem pretty level-headed, but this app doesn't feel complete to me.

 

-1 this time around. I recommend checking out previous applications to see what would help in the future for writing a better one. And I definitely recommend (since you were told about it in this thread) to not repost stuff from any previous application. Good luck, regardless!

 After reviewing your application, I remain puzzled as to what your actual intentions are; Your explanations of what you can offer the staff team is only half of your response, the other entails issues you have with the team/process of buying VIP Mod. (By the way, any issues you have with the staff team can be reported anytime on our "Reports & Appeals" section, and your complaints about VIP moderator can be voiced in the "Suggestions" area,) You mentioned how "There's no method to this madness," in the staff rules, (Which are attached to the Staff Application Format), you can see numerous explicit examples of the way that we explicitly outline acceptable and unacceptable behaviours and their consequences to ensure that users receive the utmost quality from our Staff Members, if you see anything different, once again you can make a report. 

Regardless, most of your application was irrelevant, your application should consist specifically of experiences you have had on the server, relevant experience you have had with administrative roles, and reasons why you are a suitable candidate to join our team. Remember, you're looking for about 2 paragraphs with 3-5 sentences each.
