Why should we choose you over other applicants?: Well I've put in time and dedication into the server and I will continue to do so regardless if this application is accepted or not I was putting off on doing this but after playing a bit more ive realized how much I missed being a staff member on garnet and playing drp on garnet as a whole I've missed the community and I want to help with those who don't contribute to the server's positivity (griefer's hacker's rule breakers etc) I understand I messed up when I was staff before but around a year has passed since and i've matured and I'm sincerely sorry for what I did I won't elaborate on it within this post. I understand that I might not have the best reputation with some members and staff but I will try and be a better member of the community I understand that might be hard to believe but I truly have changed with that said I know my chances of being accepted aren't the highest but you miss 100% of the shot's you don't take

If so, Include details: I've been banned Three times on this server MRDA which really was UMRDA as I wasn't aware it was a fail law but that's my fault NITRP which I honestly can't remember and RDM+LTAP I was salty about something I forget but Sorry
Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Uh I made 3. 2 unaccepted 1 accepted some time around summer last year 
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: right now about 12 hours maybe more when school starts probably 9-8 
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: School and Nothing else

-1. Im with computer on this one. Yall keep making introduction posts and staff apps the same day. im sorry but get some time an reintegrate back into the community a little bit. Especially with 4 bans in the last 14 months.

I have not personally seen you around expect once but that's fine, I'm giving you a -1 mainly because of your paragraph. For one, you only have one period which means the paragraph wouldn't follow the format. Two, you didn't really say what puts you over others. You stated that you'll put time and dedication into the server,  then after that, just stated that you missed being staff and apologized for something you did previously as staff. I don't know what this is, but it rubs me the wrong way. Especially when its half your paragraph. Also, having a ban for LTAP and saying its because you were salty about something doesn't really shout staff ready to me. That being said you were accepted in the past and I'll assume this was after the ban so that could just be a thing for me. I'm sorry if this is too harsh, but I don't see myself changing my response. Nonetheless, Goodluck!

Overall, I would like you to elaborate more about your prior experiences as staff, why/how you received your bans, and what you're doing to change this behavior. It's concerning, to say the least, to see you with 4 bans in the last 14 months as others stated previously. I would see it as a positive if you listed the reasons and how you've learned to grow from each situation. I would also highly suggest speaking with some of our Staff Team (including myself) before posting your application to get their input on it grammatically, and make edits before it gets posted. I would love to see you fix your application and elaborate further. -1 for now but good luck in the future!

I’ve never seen you around before. You have didn’t do the correct steam id. You have a ban and just got unbanned. I would also recommend reading the staff rules as well.

Erm @AFoxWithADice I did not just get unbanned. I've read the staff rules a plethora of time's aswell as regular drp rule's with the Never seeing me around Im normally a "nocturnal" player but as my sleep schedule isnt shitty that's changed and I agree with every response on this app I just came back most of the community doesn't remember me I have to ingrave my way back into the community which shouldn't be to hard Thanks for the advice and honestly it was stupid of me to put in this app lol anyways I'll submit another when I'm more popular again my bad

Unfortunately, after deliberation with the DarkRP Administration Team, we have decided to deny your Staff Application. This decision was made in part due to the following reasons:

We have decided that you are still a bit too new after returning to the server to be considered for a staff position at this time.
I would suggest getting to know the new community a bit more before applying again in the future.

Another reason is your paragraphs. There is just one huge run-on sentence instead of multiple sentences and two paragraphs.

As well we haven't seen you that much if any at all since applying. We thank you for you interest in wanting to join the staff team.
