Past experiences staffing?
I have staffed for about 2 months when I was 12. I don't remember the server, but it was a Dark RP server. I was kicked off for inactivity but I was not really devoted to that server the only reason I wanted staff was to be able to TP. So no major staffing experience.

Why do you plan on benefiting our server? (100 words minimum)

Why I plan on benefiting GG is simply put in the words of Ozzy, I owe GG and I mean it. Me being a staff member would further allow me to assist the community in ways I couldn’t as a user, not just being there when other staff aren’t, but making the correct calls based on my experience with the rules and the interpretations that the staff team has put on them. I can do this because I have had a fair few encounters with the rules, and with a high ranking staff member leading my faction, I have seen dealings of staff situations through him. I have been trying to branch out to the entire community before I get staff, but being staff lets me do that more easily. For example I have tried to play on US in peacetime to branch out and not just staying on RU and talking with the people I already know. As an SSO Operative, I am able to host sims, so I have been doing more open sims to include US and learn about the game, and how to improve together, which is a great way to interact with others in-game.

I devote almost all of my freetime into Garnet and I really want to help it strive. I have donated a lot of time and money to the server and I feel like my late schedule could help with the reports that come in later around 10-12 PM CST when less staff are online. I feel like my tiny bit of experience would really set me ahead of the crowd. I have been anticipating getting on the staff team since I had about 100 hours on the server and was a tiny POS (rank in 2GA). My experience on the server has varied. From the beginning I wanted to be in SSO, so I trained pretty much constantly But eventually I gave up and moved on to be a 2GA JR. Officer. But when I was KST, I tried out and barely made it in, and I am still in SSO today. I mention this because I have been in contact with a lot of experienced players, learning things from their examples and help. These experiences may help me as a staff member. Like leadership, dealing with minges, and as a 2GA Jr. Officer I feel like I learned to deal with newer players, assisting them with getting to know the basics.

I really don't care about the rank, I care about helping the community. I am not looking for the “Status” of a staff member. Status comes along with the rank of course, but I am simply trying to help the community I love. The rank is a means of helping the community further in more efficient ways I will use it to show my accomplishments but not to abuse status or bragging rights.

I already gave him a referral, but just wanted to say some things to add to this application.

I feel Homeless is a great candidate for staff. He contacted me for help in his application process, and I helped him through getting to know others on the server, not hiding in SSO, which is the process of building his reputation and trust. Not only this, but he put in the extra effort to go through his application several times with me to make sure it was as perfect as he could get it.

Homeless is definitely fit for staff. Hope you get accepted, Homeless.
