Bug

With the update involving the PD and people escaping jail, there seems to be a bug that can be abused so people can get a pro lock pick. When you arrest someone and they get a lock pick, they can just /drop it and put it in their inventory so it doesn't get removed once they go out the front door and are freed from jail.

 

Here is a video of the bug, the doors are unlocked because we thought that if they were going to drop it they would do it after they unlock the doors.

Unfortunately the only way I can see this getting patched is the removal of crouch + e to inventory items, which would be a huge loss. I’d personally rather remove the ability to get lockpicks in jail

100% just take the lockpicks out of the jail system! Inventory is way more important.

We could replace the lock picks with like funny  melee weapons so prisoners can technically kill each other in the cells while waiting for there time to finish
