Past Experiences as GM: [Optional] I have Worked as a Gamemaster for multiple well known servers such as, Gaming Light and Revival Networks. I have held the Post of HGM twice and Managed most lore for those servers for quite a bit of time before my arrival here. I have a deep understanding of great RP event making and am a huge fan of setting a good tone for RP to Take Place.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Daily- 4-5 Hours for the next 4 months.

In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: [Two paragraphs minimum] The Responsibilities of a game master vary depending on what the situation is on the server at the time, but I can safely say that a gamemaster's main responsibilities are to make great events that both entertain and leave enough unsaid so as to make the Player base want more. I hope to be the kindle which reignites the spark of love for RP the MilRP community desperately yearns for but cannot fully achieve due to how MilRP is Set up. The Gamemaster is crucial to any progression in RP made  and must be active enough to contribute in a meaningful but yet consistent manner.  Gamemasters weave a story together and help the RP progress smoothly. They also make sure that there is plenty to do while operations are not in effect. overall, a gamemaster's job is anything but easy; the lack of said gamemasters may be proof of this concept. It is a Privilege to be one, Not a Right.

Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team:  I would love to contribute to the RP by Simply Making enjoyable events with good story to back it up. I am simply a player and community member who wants to see the event server get populated again with players who truly want something else apart from the regular MilRP experience.

Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: [1 paragraph minimum] The Most Creative Idea I have at the moment is Creating a Sort of RP Campaign  that spans over the Possible events of a Truly probable WW3 Scenario  with the US and RU Factions Both getting a Set of RP Missions which can result in a number of Set Outcomes for the war. Each Faction has chance to fail the mission if enough lives are lost or if they fail to Complete an Objective during the mission. The Outcome of the War will be posted after the 4 month Period of Operations is Over. There will be a 1 US Operation and 1 RU Operation each week for 4 months(16 Weeks).

Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation] I will start by Detailing the Small events first!

Small Sized events:

(Operation: Winter Frost(Small US)

This Operation will mainly be a reconnaissance  and Observation Mission. Word has Reached the Pentagon that a RU Funded Militia  is attempting a to attack the US Embassy in (Country). Your Objectives lie below, GOOD LUCK Operators!

Primary Objectives:

1.Make your way towards the Designated Observation Area.

2. Find The Intel that can incriminate the RU Consulate of Funding Terrorism against NATO.

3.Make your way to the LZ and Holdout for Extraction.

Secondary Objectives:

1. Take out All Enemy Militia.

2. Infiltrate without Being detected.

(Operation: Iron Curtain(Small RU)

This Operation will mainly be a Scorch And Burn Mission. Word has Reached the Pentagon that Our Funded Militia  is attempting an attack on the US Embassy in (Country). Your Objectives lie below, GOOD LUCK Comrades!

Primary Objectives:

1.Make your way towards the Designated Observation Area.

2. Find The Intel that can incriminate the RU Consulate of Funding Terrorism against NATO And Destroy it.

3.Make your way to the LZ and Holdout for Extraction.

Secondary Objectives:

1. Take out All Enemy US Operators.

2. Infiltrate without Being detected.

That is Just the Small Events, I plan On making the events concurrent with each other(Meaning if one side fails, it effects the outcome of the other sides objectives).

Medium Sized events:

(Operation: FlashPoint(US)

This Operation will Be mainly a Search & Destroy Mission. The Objective is a SCUD Mission Launching Platform in the Saudi Arabian Strait. You are to Infiltrate via Helicopter and ex-filtrate via the Same way! Good Luck Out there Operators.(Medium Sized Events Will Have 5+  Objectives and 3+ Secondary Objectives which will have significant changes to the RU Operations to come.)

Primary Objectives: 

1. Infiltrate and Hold Position at Checkpoint Charlie.

2. Scout out the Objective and return Undetected,

3. Find and Locate the SCUD launcher.

4. Destroy the SCUD Launcher.

5. Ex-filtrate and Don't leave any trace of your Presence.

Secondary Objectives:

1. Find and Locate any Incriminating Intel. Make sure to Destroy them.

2. Eliminate any enemies in the AO

3. Destroy any Enemy Emplacements .

)

(Operation: Flint & Steel(RU)

Privyet! Comrades! Our Operation Today will involve the Capturing and Ex filtrating of an American Ambassador! You will be assaulting the US Embassy in Al Jhadi, Afghanistan. You will be fighting with the Rebels to Capture the Embassy. Kill and Maim all US Forces! URAAAAAAA!

Primary Objectives:

1. Assault the City Using the Helicopter.

2. Land in the City Limits and Proceed on foot to Infiltrate the City.

3. Help Attack the US Embassy with the Rebels!

4. Proceed to Kill all the Staff in the Embassy and Take the Ambassador to a Safe Location.

5. Evacuate the Ambassador ALIVE! Make sure no Harm comes to him.

Secondary Objectives:

1. Destroy any Cameras on Site

2. Eliminate all witnesses to the massacre in the US embassy.

3. Set Explosives up On site.

(Operation: ThunderBolt(RU SOC v US SOC)

The Russians have managed to obtain a WMD Factory in Al Hadar, Uzbekistan. You Are Mission will involve the Diffusing of the 3 Bombs Planted at the Site. You have 20mins to Complete the task at hand.  It will be a 10 v 10 Search & Destroy(Diffuse US) Op Consisting Of Our Best Operators Versus Their Best Operators. The Winner Takes all in this Campaign Road map. You Action here will determine the outcome of future conflicts. Good Luck Warriors!

Primary Objectives:

1. Plant the Bomb and wait for detonation(RU). Search for and Diffuse the Bomb(US)

2. Best 2 Out of 3 Rounds Wins this conflict.

Secondary Objectives:

1.Find and Collect any Hidden Intel.

2.Find The Easter Eggs

As for the Big events, Those events will consist of manly Objectives ranging from Rescuing the President of the United States and Evacuating him to Making a Big Assault on Moscow and Attempting to capture the Russian President. These events will be large in scale and Hold multiple Objectives to complete! This is a Big Project that I think can be Beneficial For both the Community of Players and the Owner of the community itself.

The Video Premise follows the Hijacking of a Nuclear device by Isis and detonating it over St. Petersburg. This Ends up Triggering WW3, As the Russians believe it to be a direct attack from the US. The US President at the time, Is holding an event in New York and thats when the Russians attempt to capture the US President and Invade the US at the same time. Its Currently a 3 Part Series, I suggest you check it out.

-1, Just some simple things To go over first, Whats the name of your second account? If it's banned the Playtime is void. Also you don't list 5 unique ideas, you list two which realistically is just one. Both ideas are the same thing just one side saves the info and one side destroys the info. You're video Idea thing is different but makes no sense. How are you going to turn this Arma 3 Gameplay thing into MRP events? I don't see it working. On top of that it shows your lack of creativity, you're relying on another source to create event ideas. As far as your Reputation and Activity on MRP I cannot speak for since i don't play but your app is definitely lacking creativity.

Ok Mike, I like your ideas, and I like what you have SO FAR.

but you are required to put up 3 more RP event ideas to do, So I suggest getting that done first, and then come back, and I suppose just let the people who have asked for you to add more, know.
 

Also, It's good to take inspiration from things, but saying straight up "I'm going to be using the events in this series as my events" isn't exactly going to get you brownie points.
What I suggest, Is taking the situations, And moulding them into something that you can call your own. Of course there CAN be things that pay tribute to your inspiration, but it shouldn't be a carbon copy.

If you do these things, And add more, I'm going to +1 you, But for now I'm staying neutral.

I thank you for your Critique. To answer your First Question, My First Accounts name was Squiggles but I lost the password to it 4 years ago as it was an account made before I had my own Email Account. I remember I played on that account back when it was the first CS desert Rotation with Taliban and UK factions on it. I was a Major General Back then for the Taliban. My Name in game was at that time Mammand Ali A. I was on a Chronic video on GG back then to confirm. This was back when Chronic was made admin on the server for a few days for a video. The Sultan at the Time(leader of the faction) was Hakim. As for the lack of the Five Ideas, I figured it would have taken forever to Explain all of the Fundamental happenings of the Medium sized missions and Large Sized Missions. So I gave an Example of the Operation Concept. Mind you, When I typed this it was 3 or 4 In the morning for me and I was Quite Tired. So I apologize for that, As such a Thing was my Error.

I thank you for the feedback and will take note of it. I believe I have quite the good reputation on MilRP. As I have no warns and Members of both the Higher Ranks and Lower Enlisted On US Know me. I still have no idea why this is still a thing. How well known you are has 0 effect on your capability as either a GM or staff member, if you don't know them then don't comment as you cannot be productive. 

Personally I will be putting in a +1 as he has addressed the critisism received and adjusted the app for it, he seems to have good ideas however the arma 3 video that was in it for me doesnt really work, as someone who was in every event I can comfortably say that is not how they run or should run.
