This may surprise people, but i do agree with some of the points. A lot of the issues brought up are valid, and some of them were even addressed and talked about in the community meeting yesterday. But this is not the way to go about presenting everyone with these issues. It honestly would be much better to make a thread with the same format as a normal suggestion. Provide a description of the problem, a fix to that problem, and then a reason how that fix would actually "fix" the issue. This doc does everything except find a fix to a lot of the issues. If you actually want people to take this doc seriously, i suggest taking out a lot of the "personal" attacks on people whether it be calling them names or making fun of there personality. It makes this thread extremely ironic. 

Personally, the past two days have provided a lot of time for me to self reflect on my own actions. While i may take the most initiative on situations, i may not be always focusing on what is important. The past month has been one of my busiest working months i have had in the past few years. Not only am i Manager and Green Beret colonel, but I also have been self-teaching myself Pre-Calc, Chemistry, My Culinary Class(some of you may have seen my cooking thread), and my electronics class. These past few months have pushed everyone to their extreme, not only on the server, but irl too. These are stressful times and people join this server to have fun and relax. I realize that i need to shift my focus on certain issues and to communicate with RU more often. The only reason why i have not been communicating with RU as much as i should have been is because there were two managers already on RU, i was the only manager on US. This is not at all an "excuse" for lack of communication from me with RU, more just a look into my thought process.

I do hope everyone can look past all the toxicity in that document and try to focus on what problems apply to them and how they can fix it, I know I will. While I do not appreciate the behavior in this document at all, i do understand where you guys are coming from. Currently, Green Beret channel is full of people who are actually trying to address these issues and we are all collectively brain storming fixes.

On a personal level, this doc really disappointed me. While like i said before, this thread does bring up a lot of important issues, the way you guys addressed it is completely wrong.
