What happened? (include any proof): I do not have proof but heres the story. There was a hobo hut with a keypad on it. That is against rules so i was opening it and some guy killed me out of nowhere because he said i was raiding. it wasnt even his hut. Then I killed him after that since it was a false counter and his buddy even killed me after that too. So I was RDM'd twice. One's name was diego something. After that I carried on with my business for awhile. Maybe 20 minutes later my buddy said he was getting off to go to sleep and it was late so I agreed and got off. I was not LTAP I was just getting off for the night. 
Why should your ban be removed?: I should be unbanned because I was wrongfully RDM'd twice in this situation and I did not leave to avoid punishment. I didn't report them because I later spoke with the guy and explained to him hobo huts cant have keypads and I wasn't raiding and we talked it over. I figured the situation was resolved. I just spent $70 on this game and play everyday I wouldn't do anything intentionally to get banned on it right after doing that.

I don't know the full situation, however I will say leaving the server and if there's a sit on you it is considered LTAP, whether it was with malicious intent or not, so I would like to at least say that before I give a -/+ support and will wait for any further comments Grace has to say.

You killing him + You disconnecting

I was unaware of the situation before hand of the hobo hut and such.  But if you felt you were RDM'd by them you could have easily reported them for RDM instead of revenge RDMing.

Yeah, gonna have to -1. With the proof shown you clearly killed Diego for no reason, and then had left. If you were keypad cracking the hut, you can be countered, even if you don't advert raid. You should've PMed the hobo, or reported it to staff instead of trying to take it into your hands.

When I disconnected it was atleast 20 mins after this incident so the ltap shouldn't apply. idk why he didn't just report me as soon as it happened.

The kill happened at 4:49:57, then you disconnected at 4:56:27.

Grace has provided sufficient proof for the ban.

Revenge rdming doesn't solve anything, next time use /report.

Also if you are not directly involved or have any evidence towards the report do not comment or risk a forum warning.
