How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I think I am a good candidate for the staff team as I have previous staff experience in other communities. I plan to dedicate my time to helping new and current community members with their issues on the server within the scope of my duties which will be explained later. I have been with the community for months. I left the staff team on my other servers I staffed on due to medical reasons that I prefer to keep private. At that time, I was unable to commit the necessary time to fulfill my responsibilities. Now that my situation has resolved, I wish to return to dedicate myself back into a new and improved server. I am prepared to handle tickets as needed and will remain calm and professional during both ticket and in-character situations. I can be available during both EU and NA hours to provide support where required. There are times when players submit tickets and have to wait too long, sometimes up to 15 minutes for simple issues to be resolved, and I want to address that. I strive to be fair in my judgement during tickets, I understand that not every ticket warrants a ban. Often, players may not be fully aware of the rules and just need some guidance on their actions. I take the time to explain what they did wrong and how they can improve their behavior in-character while also noting the situation. My goal is to enhance the community and help new players develop positive behaviors, creating a welcoming environment for all members. Having been a part of the roleplay on this server for quite some time, even before the restart, I have a solid understanding of both. As I mentioned, I can be available during EU hours, even though I am in the CST timezone, which I do prefer. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I have not made any. What inspired you to apply for this position?: Ive always loved the garnet gaming servers, ive played them all. i had a long talk with an old staff member before the sevrer shut down, he talked about how much he truly loved the server and staffing on it, at the time i was staffing on prometheus and looking for other servers to help out with staffing need. I am a community pleaser, as i am very kind and a good helper. Ive been waiting for the Military server to show back up the day it went down, i have alot of good traits that could help the server in many days, and yes i am well aware that im not answering the question so let me get to it, i simply love helping people the way i wished i could be helped, as i am a special ed teacher ive always loved helping the needed { not saying the people have mental issues } thats why ive always loved staffing is the thrive of being there for people the thrive of making sure the server is running well. i simply just want to see the community, player count, respect for the staff team, and ETC preval in life. thank you for my time i sure hope you would take this into consideration, if i dont make it i understand as my play time is very low since the new server start, i promise to get it up, but if it makes it any better you can see how long ive been in the discord my discord is { mewing._ } thank you for your time. -
