Good evening, You were warned after being reported for RDA. You stated the person had a gun out, and were unable to provide proof for the arrest. You therefore received a warning for RDA. You have multiple bans on record for other offenses, as well as 297 hours on the game, and should have knowledge of the server rules. -

Who ar eyou reporting? Staff Your in-game name: Office Pig Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:29065664 In-game name of reportee: THK ItsJesus Date & Time of Incident: 04/06/25, around 2:50 AM Timezone: US Eastern What Happened: I arrested a person (joe chivcken) for having a gun out in public. This was during a time when there was an active mayor and active laws against guns in public. However, this player reported me and said that he did not have a gun in public. The staff member THK ItsJesus then asked me if I had evidence that the person I arrested had a gun out. I told him I do not keep recordings of players I arrest and that it's not required. I told him that the player reporting needs to have proof, not the other way around. However, the staff member then tells me that this does not apply to cops. And that the player that makes the report does not need to have any evidence, but that I, as the cop, needs to have evidence of every person I arrest, otherwise it's RDA. I told this staff member that it has never been required in the past and that I've been told multiple times by staff that cops are not required to record their arrests. THK ItsJesus then points out to a rule in the job section that says I need to have proof of my arrests. However, this rule shows it only apply to warrants, which I point out to him. However he then says that warrants and wants are the same thing. I told him they are not and that if he warns me for RDA then I will make a report on the forums. He then proceeded to warn me... and here we are. I have never been required to record my arrests. The player that reported for me for RDA did not have any evidence to backup their false statements. I told the staff member that the person reporting needs to have proof. I would like both my warn removed, and some sort of punishment applied to the staff member for making me have to fill this out. I copied this from the console: [Warns] THK ItsJesus has issued a warn to you, for the following reason: RDA If for some reason the staff member decides to deny any of this, then I can see if I have recordings. -
+1 Your application is a little short for my liking but you get straight to the point here, having past experience as a staff member is a plus too. I have not interacted with you as of yet but maybe that will change.
