Although I don't have any experience in terms of staffing, I strongly believe I could be a good fit for the team with how much I enjoy this server and the community within the experience, as well as my hunger to learn and help support the server anyway that I can. With Garnet Gaming being the literal only server my free time is contributed to, I am someone who is not only willing to learn how to help out, but would be excited to start this journey as staff. I am attentive, dedicated and a quick learner trying to hit the ground running. With my experience making relationships with current staff, I am always asking questions to better my experience and help others within the server. To provide some context to who RedDesmo is as not only a player but a person, I'm pretty much just a chill guy that wants to help better the experience for everyone. As shown below, I have no active warns or ban history and I have played this server everyday that I am free since I discovered Garnet Gaming a couple months ago when hopping back on Gmod in years (last played when I was a kid on an old account). I have made fairly good progress with the time I have had here and made friends within the community along the way. I like interacting with players and helping newer players who are discovering the community for the first time. With that being said if I get accepted I will give my 100% to help the best I can. you should add the casino manager role with like the double or nothing machines and roulette and poker and blackjack and like when they play u get the money if its a slot or machine but if its the blackjack or poker if the dealer wins u get the money and remove the current casino and they spawn it in using the entities menu and the are around 5k to 10k all the gamble thing are sold sepertaly and make it have a salery of like 150 and make the model be like a rich looking guy (; -

+1 I think this is a good idea. Making it somewhat easier to level up mostly as a new player, cause I've seen many people leave, because it's hard for them to level up, when they try they get raided or it takes a long time, so they leave. I think this would help newer players want to stay around, because they are able to lvl up faster, and be able to do more jobs.
