I am no SWRP main, and I by no means want to overstep any boundaries whatsoever. Phantom will give the proper punishment, and I fully respect that. But Mob, your asking for a permanent ban because he FailRPed a couple of times and said a joke in poor taste. This doesn't seem like a permanent ban worthy person to me. Additionally, I read that resignation note he sent you, and he was incredibly mature and reasonable it in. I didn't even see a hint of toxicity, and he seemed to give genuine and good natured advice. That, to me at least, shows he has good character, and sometimes just lets himself get out of control. A removal of the faction, I would understand. Maybe even a ban for NITRP would be justified, as he has 3 arrests and multiple instances of FailRP. However, a permanent ban because of minor infractions just seems a bit too much. -1 to a perma ban. That seems a bit too extreme. +1 for a NITRP ban and removal from his faction. Dedication To Staffing Duties When i play garnet i spend a good portion ( around 60% ) of my time semi AFK basing with my gang, therefore this time will allow me to put my full attention into staffing. Also with the current state of the pandemic of the UK i have little to do besides college therefore most of my time is going into Garnet, also the upcoming summer holiday in the UK means that i will be able to stay very active over the next few month. I also believe that staffing is essential to maintaining a server and its community and therefore i will put my all into staffing in order to keep garnet as one of the top servers on DarkRP. Aside from personal attacks on my character, none of what Mob said or showed in the report was falsified. I simply cannot argue against the overwhelming evidence of my failrp. While I believe that a permanent ban is quite excessive and the desire for that is driven by Mob's emotion, I still feel that me going unpunished would be unacceptable. That being said, the only ban that my actions would qualify for is NITRP. I do apologize for everything there. However, there is much more to the story than what is shown in the report. I have been compiling clips and screenshots from various sources across the server that show similar actions and much more toxicity from many players and even some staff members. In the following screenshots, you can see Moldy FailRP / ERP into chat during a mess hall interaction. In the screenshot above you can see how Moldy replied to shock when being told to not do “coom” into people’s food, and you can see the sarcasm in his apology. Now, onto the most recent form of Moldy being toxic onto OOC. Let me explain the situation, we arrive onto the planet and everyone is lined up, a padawan, which most assumed was working with the GM's, gave a debrief and dismissed everyone. After that, most of the playerbase didn't do what the GM's wanted to, and so we gave up on that event. After the GM's have expressed that they are upset and disappointed about how everything happened, moldy replies by saying something along the lines of “good soldier’s follow orders”, so others tell him that it wasn’t a Jedi CDR. He replies with this little comment in the screenshot below right before we switch maps. It’s pretty clear that he said that just to annoy people, who were already pissed off about the event. I believe Moldy is a toxic and mingy individual that should be permanently banned for toxicity due to how he has conducted himself on Star Wars RP, and his past on MRP and DarkRP.

As soon as I saw this report, I was pretty certain of my decision already. A ban for NITRP is long overdue, but I do not think a permanent ban is justified just yet. Hopefully Moldy will learn from this and come back with a better mindset. Bear in mind, you were perma banned on MRP before, so this is really lenient. The last thing I was on SWRP are toxic friend groups stirring the pot. @MoldyHotpocket the judgement of others being toxic should be left to those who haven't been toxic themselves. Focus on bettering yourself first.

You don't need to be reported to be banned. That's not how it has to work. If someone reports you, it prompts a sit where there are two sides of an argument. However, if a staff member sees you actively break rules, they can ban you on the spot, no questions asked. Quite obviously, they have to gather proof before such a ban, as it can be seen as power abusing, but most of the times the ban is just. To further clarify, you quite literally admit to Massing in your post. You say you kill two of your friends, which is perfectly fine. Consensual RDM technically is not a thing, as it is still RDM. However, your friends simply chose not to report. Yet, despite this, you still killed two other random people (which you admit in your post), making ALL kills count towards Mass RDM. In total, you killed 4 people, and the staff were right to ban you. The ONLY strange thing I can gather from this report is how the staff member who banned you differentiated your friends from randoms, but since you basically admitted yourself guilty, that point isn't really valid, is it? -1, you can wait our your ban.

Description: This suggestion covers two addons that help to keep immersion. The addons simply remove the world model of the physgun to hide it from view, mute the toolgun sound and the toolgun 'laser'. The viewmodel of the toolgun and physgun still stay, relatively changing nothing for the client and only adding to the immersion of the third-party (event participants). Reasoning: These addons will allow for more immersion in the server, which is fitting seeing as SWRP is inherently RP and event driven. This will also remove the 'metagame' of people hearing a toolgun and instantly going "ooo time to look for droids" and following the noise of the toolgun. It will also help when we have big waves of enemies being spawned and it's not just a huge mass of toolgun noises and blaster noises combined. +1 I've known lewis for about a week or two and he's been a very mature and respectable person. I've seen him help new players, and he's always been a calm and collected person. I've also never seen him minge, troll, or go out of his way to start shit in OOC or otherwise. In addition he's been active literally every single day I've been on since I've met him (I'M on for a minimum 5/7 days of the week...), and his sections for why he should be chosen are clearly well thought out.

Sounds like you're losing friends. This is exactly why consensual rdm is a controversial rule, by killing two friends and two randoms you're still rdming two random people. I have no more reason to respond to this post as I'm not involved but I thought I would point out your fault in this.

Now, I've never really had a chance to become friends with you or really to talk to you at all. However, after talking to you tonight I do really thing you're a nice and welcoming guy, which is an important trait for a staff member to have. +1 and a referral.

Opted for more basic post processing effects (colour, contrast, and slight motion blur) since I couldn't figure out how to do a DoF effect. I did some rebalancing and changed some of the default values as well. You lose 8 oxygen per second, giving you 12 seconds before you start taking damage. Sounds start after you hit 50 oxygen and stay in the water (about 6 seconds in). You lose 15 health per second when you run out of oxygen. After you resurface, it takes around 25 seconds to fully regenerate your oxygen (you gain 4 per second). Times may need modified to work with a lower tickrate. Note that this was tested on a 60 tick dev server and worked as expected, so it could work differently when implemented. The only issue I had was getting sounds to play locally but from the server - sometimes it wasn't consistent and the sound wouldn't play, but there was no easy way to do it from the clientside. This also makes use of SetNWInt and GetNWInt, which may not be functional on GG. So this is my formal resignation from Garnets community and I can say its been the best time of my life without a doubt I may be back at some point but with my current situation in life I cant make time for the server anymore my activity the past week has dropped significantly and I feel this is the right thing to do especially mentally. The 3rd jump looks nothing likes crouch jumping when you scoped in. Correct me if I'm not wrong when I used to play on the RU Ghille back then, I am pretty sure if you were on hills or mountains. You would get this weird glitch where your playermodel would crashback and go back up.

You obviously don't understand that I wasn't even reported, I was banned completely by the will of an admin, who put zero effort into looking around in the situation lol. I wasn't even at a sit roof when I got banned, I didn't even get to tell my part of the story. I was banned compulsively literally on the spot, and even I know when a new player is reported, they have the opportunity to set things straight and tell their bit of what happened. Very poor admin management, I bet you can even admit.
