I know not a lot of people care and absolutely despise me as a person but for the people that do care im resigning from GG as a whole but I might come back time to time just to see if I have fun and to catch up with people but im not gonna be spending a lot of time on the server anymore at all. But to keep this short Im not gonna go super into the reason why im leaving but all it really is im not having fun anymore and lots of people dont want me on this server anymore do im gonna end this run on GG here. So the Format is wrong but i can still read it accurately enough and understand what he's saying so i'll respond. This player seems to be new and not know the rules too much. From my perspective with the information we currently know, this seems like the staff was searching for a ban. Maybe all these rules were broken. To my understanding to qualify for a NITRP ban it must be 3 rules broken in a 5minute span, if so @ShadowSS needs to provide proof that it all happened within a 5 minute time span or else this case is invalid. I will +1/-1 as soon as the staff expresses his side of the story.

Yall be harsh, I hope that the staff team gives you a second chance or a reduced ban under some kind of terms that if you break rules your punishment would be much harsher than usually. I'm all for 2nd chances. I've seen many examples of people comming back from worse and becomming well known and respected members of the community.

Another thing that I can bring into the Staff Team, even though it is not a duty, nor is it required in any way from a staff member, is that I like to take the time to help and teach new players about the rules and what they can't and can do, as even the past times that I have been an 0-10 | General, I've always liked to take the time to sometimes train recruits and showing them the ropes and what not, as well as when I was staff sometimes instead of warning new players who were actually interested in learning the ways of the server, I'd take the time to talk to them and show them the ropes. Very understandable that you are just burned out of gmod. I am too. Also, you never came back to SWRP to do your court martial. ;( It most likely would have resulted in you being innocent since no one had proof.

Communication with the GM's, AFSOC and Server Manager are key as to make sure that Event Times are certain and the amount of players attending the event can be organized. Communicatin with all previously listed also gives proper notice so that available Staff Members may be found to help moderate any Server Event if needed. A Gamemaster must have the time and commitment to regularly be working on Events so that they are properly set up for any upcoming event. If this is not done then the Event may not be enjoyable for the players. Working as a Gamemaster means that you are working for the morale of the community so that it doesn't stay so bland and stagnant and so that players don't get bored with doing the same thing over every day. Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: [1 paragraph minimum] At the moment my most creative idea could be some what of a large POI (Person of Interest) game wherein the players who join the event are tasked to play on one of two sides, US and RU. One side is picked to hold and protect a POI that is pertinent to the other sides development or their place in the war, and the other side it tasked with creating a plan to infiltrate their enemies FOB, remove the POI and bring them back to a getaway vehicle or another base. Either one works. Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation] 1. During War Downtime I could hold a small event on the main MRP server for "Knife Hide and Seek". To do this I would bring the server members who are attending the event to a claimed area with a lot area to use (such as Town) provide each player with a temporary knife and choose a seeker, then let all of the other participants loose to hid in the area. 2. An idea for a large event on the event server would be a racing event. We could download the quadbike addon, create a large dirt racing path and hold a US v.s. RU quad race where the winning team could get a single day server boost. 3. Another fun small event would be a wartime event where both US and RU members are speed boosted and each player is given a temporary firearm that can kill anyone with one shot which they will lose once they die. 4. Trump and Putin event, during downtime we could have two specialized classes for a weekly event, Trump and Putin, and the task for both factions (RU and US) would be to protect their Countries Leader and make sure they aren't captured. If either countries leader is taken Hostage then one of two things can happen, either that country can take their leader back and receive War Assistance, or the country who can keep their enemies leader as a Hostage (it must be within the confines of their base) until war starts will get War Assistance as a winning perk. 5. Holiday Party Events, on Holidays we could hold small events between War in the middle of the map which play out like Parties where people can play small games that are set up to win things like in-game cash, points, and have a single large winning like the Orsis or a Knife for a larger party game (obviously this will have one winner so that not a whole lot is just given away) and most people will leave the event with at least a little more than they had on the server than before the event started.

No offense, you put a lot of time into this but this system is far to complicated. 1IC/2ICs who were there for a decent duration and actually did things or people who genuinely need reserves. You can’t have an over complicated system because it’s gonna open up to loopholed or confusion. If you can’t explain the reserves system to a PVT in 30 seconds, it’s to complicated and completely unnecessary. Also this is by far no where near a compromise. @D_Rose @JimTrash you should lock this. This got out of hand

2020 was supposed to be the year of everyone’s vision coming true. Boy did we get Punk’d, y’all remember that show? Anyway between figuring out what people in my life truly care and realizing I have no control of every aspect of my life it’s been tiring. I left my job with Law Enforcement in the beginning of the year, who would’ve thought that it may had been best decision of my life since they are so targeted now. Then fast forward to about a month ago my wife and I split as some of you all already know. And here as of right now I am on the road to recovery through doing something I hadn’t done in quite some time which is recommitting my life to my faith. Yeah I may still come off as a complete dick sometimes but, I am a work in progress.
