Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I believe I have many significant attributes that make me a better choice than other applicants considering my time on the server. If you know me you know that I can be immature/bend the rules playfully, but if you've been here long enough you know that I have full control over my immaturity level and ability to not break the rules as well as enforce them greatly on the server while also keeping a positive influence. I am also fully capable of handling stressful situations during sits, such as "minge cops". I've dealt with many many situations with those type of people who just put fear into new staff with their white lies and immaturity. Since I have had many cases where I've come across them on garnet I believe that one on one experience gives me a much bigger reason to be chosen than other applicants. More reasons to accept me into the staff team again include the fact that I have never once abused my powers previously given to me in order to benefit my gameplay and/or give me any sort of advantage when I was staff. The fact I have never and will never be biased towards other players in staff situations, including dealing with friends, other staff members and new players. I haven't been banned for over a year and haven't gotten a warn since early this year. I know nearly every rule by heart and attempt to give good suggestions towards new rules or changes dealing with current rules. I believe I am liked by the majority of the server and older players who have seen me staff before can vouch that I handle staffing maturely and efficiently. In conclusion what I am able to bring to the server is a positive staffing experience, keeping the server happy and playable for new players that are just joining. I might not be apart of the community any longer but a community that labels people as deserters and traitors for not wanting to play doesnt deserve the respect of other players. One of my main goals as staff and a 2IC I want to make this community stronger there is so such potential for this community that I see and I really want to help the best I can. Howdy As the new Community Manager, I plan to guide the community in a positive direction. This means I will have oversight over all aspects of the community. I intend to act with a broad scope and allow server managers to run their respective servers while being as hands-off as possible. In certain cases, such as servers like MRP lacking current management, I will as defacto manager until we are able to fill the position with a suitable candidate. Please treat my words as closely to Garnet's in most cases unless expressed otherwise in regards to server decisions. If your server is running well, you won't be hearing much from me unless you are trying to get an update pushed out, with which I will work closely to make sure all the details get to Garnet. If the server is lacking, I will step in as minimally as possible until things get better. If you know me, you know I don't want to micro-manage, but I will get deeply involved if things are not improving. Right now, my primary focus will be on MRP. So you posted this, after you got banned? To what try and get a staff member punished for something that happened two weeks ago? If someone wronged you why would you wait so long to make a report. I'm just trying to follow your thought process. What did you expect to happen here?

Firstly, I'd like to address the fact that almost two weeks after the fact you decide to make a forum post about this. Your reason for making this report is extremely childish, " He wants me banned so I want him banned " ( So is trying to use the fact that he's L.Mod to try and make this more incriminating somehow? ) Even putting that aside, this report is still so petty. He gave you all the money you gave to him back, including what you had lost in previous bets, without me even asking him to, and was jailed on top of that. Not for an extremely long time though, because considering the fact that you didn't lose any actual money, I saw this as an appropriate punishment . If you felt like I punished him incorrectly, the name at the top should have been mine instead of Aj's.

Getting banned for NITRP on MilRP looks bad, but on DarkRP you are active I see you on everyday and your rule knowledge is good, I understand people make mistakes and also after all this is just a video game and at the end of the day us staff keep the game fun and stuff happens, move on forgive and give chances, that being said I would like to see you as staff. +1

For example the report in question where I falsely warned you, I froze you because you were LTAPing, and then you started screaming "UNFREEZE ME, UNFREEZE ME!", and I could literally hear you smashing your keyboard. I feel like you would be a good fit for staff if you just matured a little but.

we just ain't gonna talk about the part where RU raided US base while we were at DB held by literally me, lmao. So basically, here's the backstory cut short 1. Hydro gets on, deals with the minges 2. Me (Syph) has to fuckin' control 20+ US Army guys 3. My unqualified ass leading 2 wars and 3 DB's So I get on to RU recruit, where I get spawn camped at the entrance for no reason, which is wack as fuck. As soon as I kill one of you fuckers and asked to get trained, a full on war just breaks out.
