[minimum 2 paragraphs] I’ve played this server for a long time and through that, I’m able to juggle the many personalities that a Garry’s Mod server can throw at you. I've seen what really works and what doesn't work through my experience being in multiple factions such as SSO,GRU,PDSS,Vega,MARSOC and as a prior staff member. I believe I'd be able to help out the server by becoming more than just a sitbot, be it that's fine if you do but I believe contributing more to the server via suggestions ,RP events and contributing to the forums etc would benefit the server more in the long run. I am able to offer the experience and knowledge of being a veteran player towards newer players helping them and guiding them to a better path rather than becoming a minge as any veteran player and staff member should be doing. I am also able to offer ideas for RP events such as assassination events, kidnapping events, holding the objective while negotiating with the opposing force peaceful terms etc. Through life experiences I'd like to say I've become very patient, and unbiased towards real life situations and staffing situations. If an example is needed i'd be able to provide but I truly don't see it needed in an application right now. Handling each individual sit as a learning experience for both me and the reporter and reportee, listening to both sides of the stories and making proper judgement then. I also believe it should be explained to the reportee if they are punished, why they are being punished and teaching them going forward how to better themselves and become better community member. +1 Well, I've interacted with you in game and out of game, and from what I can tell, You're mature enough to not need total hand holding. One Piece of advice I'll give you, Is some might say you'll need to thicken your paragraphs, But from your character alone, You're respectable enough. And as Zachman said, If Ozzy was banned for hacking, and has come back to be one of the biggest contributors to the health of the server in a positive way, I believe that it's possible for others as well.

-1 I would say over the time that I've got to know you from Army you seem to know when to stop messing around sometimes, but you still do it in the first place. You have 3 warns which is a lot to be coming into the Staff Team which one of them was by me as well as some other staff members. Your paragraphs are a bit weak but not the worse that I've seen you seem to have a decent amount of playtime and are active in TS so I believe that you might know the community well. But you are known to minge on the server as I haven't seen it recently I'd still wait. If what all I said changes Ill give you my +1.

Suggestion: A Mission system that Officers+ Can access from an NPC to start missions from Reasoning: If implemented it could promote more of Non GM orientated RP by giving Officers the ability to start a mission that would normally call for a GM to setup such as spawn droids or other enemies at one of the on world locations (Crystal Caves, OP Zulu. Etc) and come up with a full story for it , a second use could be for tryout for certain classes like the 501st's Breacher class by making scenarios with these missions such as droids spawning at OP Bravo and having the person trying out have to properly Breach and Clear the Outpost. Another thing this system would allow is for a mission to be started and for a GM to make the events that occur in said mission to become a full fledged event. Hopefully this is possible and wouldn't conflict with the Automatic Event system currently in place.

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I like to think I am active, I am generally on a good bit now, I want to make the server more populated, that is my main goal. I am especially wanting to make it more active in the morning, especially my time, EST that is. Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: I enjoy doing passive RP normally, as a GM I could continue doing that with lots more tools at my disposal to make it more immersive. Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: I like to make or bring out characters that draw eyes and RP as them, it shakes things up and i think people enjoy that. Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation] Before i start, i must say, it's hard for me to plan out more than one event at a time, i know these are all going to be generic, and it's just my style to not share what i am doing with my events before i do them. I want everything down to the time they begin to be spontaneous. If I plan out all my events and tell people when they will happen, people can simply just hop on for them, then get off. But for me? No! I like to have people get on to see what I may or may not have in store for them, so that all being said, enjoy a few models of events I do think about doing. (I know i will get heat for this, but if the community doesn't want me to be a GM, it is entirely in their hands). First Event - Space Battle This is an event yes, generally more of a mini one I would place in transport to or from another planet. While en route, the venator would be attacked. Numerous CIS ships would come out of hyperspace and begin firing on the Venator. A plan would need to be made on the spot for the clones. Pilots would have to take to the skies, or in this case, space, to take on any incoming starfighters. Certain units such as ARCs and RC would be sent into the OPFOR ships to stop ships from being sent out, and if need be, they might have to detonate the ships from the inside. As the ship is punctured with drop pods, clone battalions will need to move quickly to stop the ship invasion. This event is com Second Event - Invasion This one is simplistic, but it has a lot of different variants. I’ll go through a few ways this can be changed up First way, of course this is a simple invasion, go to a planet and stop the CIS from taking over, like i said, simple, but generic. Another way i would change it up, and you can call this an “insurgency type” but i still think of it as an invasion, it would be the CIS forming a coalition with the locals and using guerilla warfare tactics rather than using standard battle formations and such, the droids sent here are obviously of higher class than standard ones. Second way, not exactly an invasion, but it would be an invasion style-force from the CIS. This would be a standard full fledged battle, land, air, and.. Well.. maybe the sea could be involved depending on the planet. This would involve major objectives given to base battalions, Boss and Sith based objectives given to the Jedi, and specialist battalions being given jobs to fit their niche (RC, ARC, ST, ARF). Third Event - HACKED On the smaller side I would personally say. I'll go through the download style virus and then the infection. Download - A virus has gotten into the base’s systems, said virus has taken over all droids from the medbay to the astromechs. The forces of Anaxes are now tasked with heading to key CIS stations that are capable of this, and are to destroy them, as always major attack forces will be met with major attack forces and specialists sent to do what they are trained and (hopefully) ready for. This seems like a good time to mention, i like to make boss fights, not just spawning in a guy telling him to go ham on 40 clones as grievous, i mean a full fledged 3 phase boss fight, of course each one and their powers are made specifically for their location, as well as the enemies fighting them each phase. Fourth Event - Stopping the Spread… This is an infection and disease based one. No no, not the type that involved “run away from the zombies aaaahhh!!!” no! This is based more around the medics of the base, to see how they handle medical situations, and later on, how to deal with PKs. I'll go through one for you! Loading some cargo off of a ship, certain, unmarked cargo is brought to the medbay. This cargo can carry one of MANY different diseases in the universe, and yet, it is brought into the medbay. As a medic is operating on a patient, a normal checkup, they find that a mysterious virus has been found. Since this is based off of MedRP almost entirely, it wouldn't be a full fledged event, as most of those contain fighting moments and such. The next event follows a similar pattern. Fifth Event - Negotiations. Yes, negotiations can be events, of course, they don't always go to plan, and that's where we need more than just Naval officers, that's when the Republic needs to send in a force to end them before they get even more hostile. And as always, i don't think i should need to say it, but i like to use specialties in these events, I don't want everyone to mindlessly be blasting at droids for 80 minutes straight. Events are made to immerse people, and they are meant to entertain people, throughout the day. Notes: Again, this is entirely up to the community, I would rather not get it if that's what the community wishes. Have a nice day -Swag/Captainswag

+1 It looks like you improved your paragraphs after the feedback given. The biggest thing I'm iffy about right now are your warns. But again, I'm not a picky person; everyone makes mistakes. I’m gonna have to -1 it now man I’m sorry but we all have spoken and you have just barley over the hours I would recommend getting to know people in the other faction and joining ts and talking to people .

-1 After your paragraph revisions they seem to be decent, but I'm gonna have to back off what Tesla said you need to begin to get the know the server as a whole. I recommend that you also begin to play both sides as well as get to know people in TS and Discord. And begin to get your playtime up. After the fact, I would most likely change mine to a +1 as well. From what I see in-game you are a competent mature guy and have the foundation blocks in set already all you need to do now is get to know the server as well as some of the existing staff members.

-1 The reason as to why I'm giving you a "-1" is due to not only the fact that you completely missed the second paragraph, but also that warn happened about 6 days ago and you were also put on a 2-day rank freeze due to mingeing and not living up to the expectations of the rank that you were appointed to. So I don't see how you will also be able to become a staff member because you need to not only set an example to your faction but the server as a whole. I do have to admit that since then you have matured majorly and seen some great things from you but I don't believe that you are at the current state to become a staff member as of right now. As well as you need to begin to get the know the server as a whole. I recommend that you also begin to play both sides as well as get to know people in TS and Discord. There is a lot of grammar/spelling mistakes, I guess I should point out that doesn't look that professional. You might also wanna beef it up a bit. I trust a lot of the judgement here, and from my own experiences with you, so I'll +1 this unless somebody brings up a valid point as to why you shouldn't be staff.

I like the idea but on the old forums someone made the exact same post and it was denied for the reason of “just get on teamspeak”. We have teamspeak for a reason ?
