This will be shocking but: I'll give a +1 - But I think it's time we all admit permbans, cheating bans, or toxicity bans are Case-By-Case; and the appeals for them are different then that of MassRDM, etc. I'm tired of some people saying -1 appeals aren't for apologies, but that's literally part of why they appeal or are told to appeal, especially in permbans/cheating bans/toxicity bans </rant> Krimzin has never been fond of me, and frankly nor I him; however - it does seem like a genuine appeal and he seems to want to come back to play as a constructive member. I think the most important thing to remember is: Someone who is previously banned of toxicity or cheating, then an appeal accepted for them to get a second chance, requires far less evidence to be re-banned, than a "first timer"; should staff think they are up to their old ways.

Time zone: EST Ban reason: Cheating How long were you banned for? Half a year Proof of Ban: What happened? I cheated, I fully admit to it. I had really wanted to join Vega at the time, and my only real competition was a known cheater. To beat a cheater, I had to become one. Why should your ban be removed? Addressing my Toxicity I’m fully aware that my ban was for cheating, and not for being toxic, but I cannot ignore my past. I was a very toxic individual, I threw insults at anyone who disagreed with me, especially if they were GG Staff members. I can only credit my actions to me thinking that it was cool at the time, which in retrospect, was completely the opposite. Moving past my previous toxicity, I can only apologize and improve how I treat and view others, in which I have been attempting to. Toxicity is something that has no place within the GG community, and I plan to keep my own emotions out of it. Like I said earlier, toxicity is unrelated to my ban but I would like to clear up my own actions to furthermore show that I am ready to be reintroduced into the GG community. Why I cheated in the first place Originally, I had no plans to cheat on the server, I was having fun playing legit, and at the time was a fairly skilled player. However, I really wanted to join Vega, it was the ultimate faction that showcased how truly skilled you are. Getting past the "retard filters" was not a challenging task, however, the 1v1 sims against other players was extremely daunting and difficult. At the time, which was more than a year ago, tryouts happened once or twice a week and you would be lucky to attend every single one. So getting into a tryout without competition would require immense luck, and luck was not on my side. The players that I had to go against were known cheaters, such as Virtual and Skrt. With little to no chance making it against those two and others, I resorted to cheating. I asked a player who I am choosing to not name for their own privacy, for cheats, and they delivered. I attended every tryout, and to everyone’s surprise (not really), I failed every single one. But, since I had used these cheats so much and so frequently, I had quickly become reliant on them to play, even if it was just for a short period of time. Legitimacy of the ban To be straightforward, my ban was 100% justified. I’m not refuting the fact that my ban was within reason. I did cheat, I admit it fully, but this appeal is not solely about my previous actions, but rather what I’m able to do now and going forward. The evidence that led to my ban was a screenshot I sent to the person who gave me the cheats, of them working in game, and what I believe is another clip of me using them in a raid. Precedent With this, I’d like to bring up the case of Blooms. Blooms and I are in extremely similar situations, we cheated for a short period of time, and carried regret after the fact. However, the topic of precedent within Blooms’ case is discussed in his appeal, and multiple community members are vocal about their distaste of how the precedent of his case could be used in future cases, such as mine. Even though the uncertainty of future precedent was brought up, it is undeniable that Blooms and I are in similar situations, and I ask that this appeal be treated similarly to his. As in Bloom's case, I can take any conditions that one would be required to take after an appeal, such as a ban from partaking in wars, or being heavily involved in any RP to further prove that I am, in fact, ready to return. Conclusion I fucked up, but I'm hoping that we can move past my mistakes. Cheating is something that is clearly against the rules, and I broke them. Even if it was for a short period of time, I had cheated. Through the months that I had been banned for, and the year that has passed since I’ve cheated, I’ve reflected on my actions, and I now feel fully ready to return the server. Thank you for listening, and I hope that you can give me a second chance.

If Horse can get unbanned I'd like to say that there's a chance for your unban Krimzin. I've had worse altercations with Horse than all the cheaters I've ever banned truthfully. Just don't cheat greaser. +1

+1. This guy was caught up in the wrong group at the time and got sucked in to cheating with them. He's had genuine heart for the community and genuinely was someone who helped factions immensely when he cared. Honestly you weren't that toxic it was just the norm at the time. Best of luck.

You should choose me over other applicants because I have been staff multiple times on DarkRP, the first time I was staff I was able to reach L.Mod I believe and the second time I hovered on Mod and VIP Mod for a few months as I had a lot of school work to do for my final exams. I'm fairly certain that I know all of the rules on DarkRP and I also know the d3a very well from my previous staffing experience. Although I have resigned twice I was pretty burnt out the first time I staffed from going a little to hard on the sits and the second time is because I had exams coming up which I needed to revise for (which I have already briefly mentioned). Another reason you should choose me over other applicants is because I am on most mornings when there are next to no staff online (Because of time zones etc.) So I will be able to handle those sits. I would say that I am a trustworthy person that is pretty responsible, I can handle multiple things and once and I am always willing to give up what I am doing to help others. I would happily stop playing a different game to hop onto Gmod if there is low/no staff online or afk to boost the server pop at nights for the morning. I am pretty invested into this community and would like to help it in any way I can. I also now have alot more free time to give to the server and I am a lot more active again. Honestly, I remember a little over half a year ago that he was simply toxic on the forums and provided little to no actual feedback, but after going dark on the forums for a bit, when he came back, he had a much better attitude. After Bloom's ban appeal, I believe if someone can prove that they have changed (not the simple, "tee-hee I'm reformed") and put the effort to further help the server, then I'll +1. Also, seeing how Horse turned out after his unban, it is 100% possible that Krim can prove to everyone that he can benefit the server. Two solutions can work, and it's that Krim stays banned another month to further prove he has reformed and then be unbanned, or he can be unbanned immediately, but is kept a very close eye on with a tight lease, any fuck-ups and back to Brazil he goes. imo krimzin was one of the very few decent officers back then, I am sure if he is back on the server he'd be able to assist the server in a way, And overall the nigga was genuine until he started cheated which is retarded from him but I think overall he did more good than bad and can probably benefit the server leadership wise especially with the current state, goodluck man

+1 Krim comes from a generation where leadership and officer training were taught at a much higher degree compared to today's standards. I've seen it firsthand how capable Krim is as an officer I think alot of us can agree to that If they remember it, but I think what's more important than any of that Is how Influential Krim was as a player/friend and officer. Looking past the minging and toxicity that every GG person goes through ( which I personally have seen you improve greatly over the last year, congrats on maturing up brotha ) Krim has always had the ability to bring in people close and create a positive environment for them, greatly influencing them to become better players themselves in terms of combat and as a player on the server (which we could we really use more of on the server tbh lol ). Not to mention he had always provided proper constructive criticism that typically always had a solution(s) to what ever issue he was working/assisting on. Coming from a player who was previously banned for cheating but to come back and actually help the server I say Krim is one of your safer bets here boys. Good luck.

Thanks for getting straight to the point! For starters, I have my experience. I've played for years, but, the majority of that time was spent in officer positions, doing all I could to help out my faction. I've heard from others that I've spoken to in the community that MRP isn't totally in the best state right now, so I want to help out in any way that I can. I don't know any specifics of what can be improved on the server as of right now, since, I haven't played for a year, but with more time on the server I can help out with any faction matters. The most I can actually do until I can tackle the problems I'm hearing from others is just to bring positivity to the server. Again, thanks for the quick response.

Ah okay, I wasn't around when you played so I don't know how you were for the server - but going off the other comments you did some good things. If you get unbanned, please don't fall back into bad habits. xD I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt in this case, since all your friends are pretty much gone from the community as far as I can see in other comments.

i mean the staff app nazi himself is saying +1 guy is the chillest dude I have met on DRP, furthermore when I first got unbanned he was one of the few staff that I thought were actually decent at their job. good luck and hopefully see you on the team.

+1: old staff, high playcount, and I know sofaa to be very chill and nontoxic which I believe to be key attributes for staff. I think you might want to reword this. You've been staff twice, you surely know all the rules by now but I think you may have misworded this on accident?

As far as I can see the only resemblence to the Blooms situation is you both cheated. Blooms was unbanned for a very specific reason, he was going to be bringing something vital to the server (we dropped this as he decided to progress his valorant career instead when the moment arose, fair enough). I'll be very blunt, what are you bringing to the table? Why should you be unbanned? The above questions are genuine questions, not rhetorical, if unbanning someone can better the server we can often be open to it.

Hobos can't build on base owners roof (if the base owner is cool with it then it's not a big deal, they can in that case) but hobos are 100% allowed to build on the roofs above the tunnels near fountain for instance. You just can't build in the sit boxes

+1 from me. On the first days of me playing on the server, he was the person who took my sits and who always answered my questions. He is a great person and a person who would fit the staff team perfectly. I gave him a referral because I knew him for a long time and I remember only good memories with him, always answered my questions in a friendly way, always helped whenever something happened, and overall was always kind and ready to help in any situation. blooms came on for what 3 months, joined afsoc and basically led it for the most part, then cheats cause he's going away and essentially tarnishes it's entire reputation. Krimzin was what, not even in a faction, cheated because others were cheating, and prior to that had years of doing good things on the server? Their situations are not comparable. There also comes things of maturity, blooms being a grown man and knowing better, Krimzin essentially being peer pressured by those around him, etc. Honestly don't know what you're trying to say by quoting me.

Honestly, being a cheater is one thing. Becoming a cheater to get into a faction is another thing. Who says you wouldn't do the same thing again? What if you're not getting good enough again to get into a faction you want to enter? Would you go back to cheating again to achieve your goal? I'll leave the decision up to the people who are actually handling this appeal, but it's definitely kind of worrying.

+1 I've never had any positive experiences with Krimzin, but I do think he could be given a second chance. Krimzin does have a lot of experience on the server and knows how everything works. He did cheat yes, but it's been six months since the incident and if I'm not mistaken this is his first ban appeal. If he stops his former toxicity and obviously stops the cheating, then I think he could be unbanned. I honestly doubt Krimzin is the type of person who would "deform" like Venus or Topshot did anyways, nor would I think he'd go back to cheating.

-1 Coming from someone who was around when you were You know krim I’m probably the person who is most open to giving people second chances but you have done literally nothing to prove that you should come back to this community. Based off what I know this has only been your first time making an appearance on any garnet gaming related servers. You haven’t tried repairing relations with anyone you’ve wronged with your toxicity. And quite frankly it seems like your abusing other situations that have mild similarity to yours to get out of a cheating ban which is low. Your ban should stay till A. You can actually PROVE you should come back to the community in other servers or B. You wait till the next ban wipe.

Funny story, when I made my application I kept thinking that one day I would be like you, taking sits as a blue assassin playermodel, and now I am! You were a great staff member and it really stinks you see you go. Hopefully you come back at some point.

Only one thing wrong with this is that wipes are gone. Garnet started having problems with the people that came back from wipes. But mostly I agree. Krim you made a huge impact on this community and as much as I wanted to stay that is was just a scratch it probably wasn't. Take it from Horseyy. Before you got banned for cheating you were very toxic and some people have distrust in you reforming your old ways, it's kind of a pickle situation. The community hasn't seen enough of your reforming to let back on. But I know people can change and that makes my decision difficult. Krim you gave examples from others people's bans as a reason why you should be unbanned. Blooms was unbanned because people trusted him. Krim not a lot of people trust you and since you cheated it's like a broken trust between the staff team. For now I'm neutral. Best of luck to you.

Was just thinking about you coming back the other day. While i no longer actively play myself, that doesn't mean I don't check in from time to time. And in cases like this where I was around when you were banned and when you played, i like to give my input. As many have already pointed out, you were and amazing officer, especially in MARSOC at the time, if you know you know. But not only MARSOC, plenty of other factions you were in, you held high officer positions and proved you were more than capable of being able to have that title. Also touching on the whole Vega tryouts thing. I remember you trying to join Vega, this was on Chaharikar if I'm not mistaken, and lemme just say that was no easy thing to do. I tried out a few times for Vega when you did, and I can remember just giving up and going back to SSO it was that hard. Keep in mind this is coming from someone that did Vega tryouts almost daily in desert against Jackal and Coyote, 2 insanely good players. But these tryouts were on a different level. So the fact you started cheating, and fell into the wrong crowd doesn't surprise me. If you know about how old FM was, and early Vega, then you know cheating was pretty common amongst them already. TLDR: I understand your situation, and you obviously regret it. You have plenty of experience and leadership skills that the server could use right now. I believe that you should be given a second chance since others have done way worse in the past and been given the same opportunity. Wish you best of luck bro, love ya +1
