Now I understand my time here as a moderator has been significantly short, but over the course of this 2nd month of me being staff I've been perusing things that are in my best interest. I've started working out more trying to stay active, going to work, and I'm in college now. Things are starting turn more as I'm growing up and its going crazy fast. Garnet plays a special role in my life still, I see myself hopefully becoming staff again in the future. Especially coming from me I know I don't need perms to help a server I love and enjoy so I don't see this resignation as an impact on anything because I can still help others and keep a community positive and inviting to others. Through my time I put in hardwork when going through my first month back on the staff team. I pushed myself to not only handle sits but to be there when anybody needed it. In the last 2 weeks of month I was tested positive for COVID, and I still along with taking sits fought that sickness. That's how much this server means to me and that's how much the community means to me. I wanted to set a positive impact not only myself but to the staff team, and keep a reputation that the users of the server can trust. Again my time as a staff member has been short and honestly I didn't think I was prepared to end my time on the staff team so early, but I know I'm taking the right steps in my personal life and this doesn't mean I'm leaving. I just see no point not taking sits and going down line of my ranks till I'm fully demoted I'm just not gonna put anyone through that trouble and time. So as a final salute to my end as a staff member FOR NOW. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to EVERYONE who gave me this 2nd chance to come back it was an amazing achievement to reach this point to where I think I made a positive impact on myself as far as my image to others has gone. He's chill, he knows the rules, I never see anyone complain about him, and he doesn't cause the server problems. If anything his reputation proceeds to be increasingly good! Under Review We are looking in to a simple way to implement this. This might not happen, but we are looking into it.

I see Omega is at the lead currently, and honestly, Omega can be put onto the server VERY quickly, it needs some walls removed for balancing, and a few quality of life updates (which sucks) but it's much easier than re-making Taiga - which is what I need to do to accommodate for non-shit FPS, aircrafts, and dueling. If @Fonza and @Salmon did not mind helping me get ideas of what was unfavorable when it came to playing on Omega, and what areas require a complete overhaul, I will gladly release them ASAP, in a festive Halloween version

DENIED Listen, we all understand that you are young, but you also have to understand yourself that those kind of behaviors is VERY inappropriate, especially on a Gmod server where there are minors on. Yes you are a minor too, but that doesn’t excuse the fact of what you did. And if you are truly looking for “forgiveness”. Making an appeal isn’t going to fix anything. Talk to the person you did this to. Ask them for forgiveness because unfortunately you will not receive it here. I know this is going to sound harsh, but there is no way in hell. Suggestion: After talking in the discord server with other players, I think it's safe to say that Taliban need a sniper for non dono players. This would help player count and most likely have more players staying on if they don't need to donate for a sniper class. With that being said I'd suggest giving the Taliban the garnet_simsks. This would help newer players or even old players who don't want to purchase a perma sniper. The whitelist would be Sharpshooter, granted the weapon is used by T2 scout, U.S has our T2 scout and marksman with the same weapon, just T2 gets an AR-15 on top of that. I think this would create an equal playfield for both the US and AFG, as Taliban currently have no non dono whitelist that gives them any sort of long ranged weapon such as the SKS. In addition to this we would need to add another whitelist for the US, suggestions were to give the Base US some sort of explosives like the Taliban arsonist. Not to sure what the explosives could be considering that SOC have grenades and that would make certain SOC classes useless such as Infringer. Explosives could be implemented and make another whitelist for US so that both factions now have even and balanced classes along with the same amount of whitelists.
