The goal of the mission is to eliminate all enemies in the mission area and to capture the weapons as well as all other items that are of importance to the mission. This event should use actors from the Tali side, if totally necessary NPCs would have to be used Mission briefing: A Terriorist cell is held up in a 2 story building near mosque. The US Army is being ordered to raid the building and eliminate all enemy combatants. The main goal is to capture intel on how these locals got their hands on the weaponry they posses. As well as capturing the equipment they have stored there. Event 2 | Search and rescue mission The US Army command overheard radio calls from Green Berets that were on a mission to locate and destroy a local terriorist cell. While on the mission they were ambushed and all but one member was left held up in the construction site surrounded by enemies the green beret had no choice but to break radio silence to contact a rescue team. This green beret has important intel on where these terriorist are based. He will be asked a couple questions regarding the situation. Which leads to the information stated above. Mission briefing: A squad of green berets was ambushed by a local terriorist cell while on a recon mission. Our goal is to clear the area and locate the green beret. The ambush site is believed to have been near or in the construction site. Event 3 | Counter Insurgency operation / Capture mission The US Army is to locate a terriorist cell leader named Al dashir. He is known to work at a café near the mosque. He is to be arrested not killed. The US Soldiers need to get a positive ID on Al dashir, he is known to be scared easily according to information from previous encounters. Any suspicious people in the area are to be questioned. There is a strict ROE during this operation do not fire unless fired upon. If the leader is arrested its very likely his soldiers will attack. The US - AFG forces will use air assets as well as ground assets for this mission. The US - AFG mission is to seize all supplies around the air base and destroy them to prevent the Russians from establishing a base in omega. Mission Briefing: We are going to be conducting a joint operation with the afghan armed forces. We got word from our recon team that Russians are currently delivering supplies to build and operate a FOB. We will be taking position on a hill near the airbase. We will launch a ground attack. I am suggesting to add more base faction classes in to the server which originally was planned by Jake to happen at one point. Now with this suggestion it will add more classes to the server allowing newer players to have access to different weaponry and to tryout for more classes. it would be beneficial to the server by allowing new players to have the ability to use different weaponry and try out guns that weren't here before. Also for officers this would give them more tryouts to hold so that old players who do not have the whitelist yet can get the whitelist by trying out thus benefiting officers and new players and older players alike. Also for the people who are worried about how giving these guns to base faction will "ruin" the appeal to SOC this is just incorrect. The reason people join SOC are for the people and models, not because of some gun and if they do then they have their priorities in the wrong place. So giving these guns to base faction should actually reinforce the bond between SOC and base faction since SOC can help teach the 11B/Tali how to properly use the gun in war and train them with it. The nitro glycerin is basically a smaller version of the hand grenade, yes it may be fun to use but I believe that a sniper is better for newer players to mess around with in war than a one per life grenade. If the newer player does want explosive than they can join one of the many Afghan SOC that we have to enjoy their explosives/biological weapons. There is no reason these classes shouldn't be added to the server this benefits the server and the players by bringing more variety and fun. I do not know weapon stats or anything specific about their stats so hopefully all these weapons are tested before being given to the base factions. Instead of having the current system where the person who is placing hits is put on a cooldown as well as the person who had the hit placed on them is on cooldown. I say we just have the one person who got the hit placed on them is protected so that people are able to place hits on multiple different people without waiting 20 mins in-between each one Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] It would provide more jobs for the hitman to do without the downside of why the system was originally introduced which was people would be spamming hits on one person. Description: The addition of a class that is able to kidnap players, more specifically, using the kidnap baton. The kidnap baton from what I've seen in other places can temporarily ragdoll players and allow anyone with a kidnap baton to pick up their newly ragdolled victim by right clicking on them, with physics properties. In my vision of this class, you would not need to advert a kidnapping, much like how covid spreaders need not to advert when spreading, and the success rate of kidnapping can be determined at random, like the covid spreader, alongside a built in cooldown for the baton's knockout function. I've no idea what level or rank you'd have to be to be whitelisted for this class, but preferably between the levels of 25 and 50. Also this class could use the OG fat staff playermodel, how fitting would that be? I worked with the administration of these servers very closely as one of their top admins in order to both keep the player base happy as well as training the new staff members. The biggest difference between Minecraft staffing and DarkRP is the fact that majority of Minecraft support rooms consist of cheaters rather then roleplay reasoning. before this I had staffed on a server that had roughly anywhere from 30 players to 100 from 2016-2018, I mainly worked there as the staff teams community relations guy I had decided to leave those servers due to irl factors such as school and work. On top of all of this in the gaming community i am also a manager at the restuarant where i work, this requires me to be able to deal with difficult costumers as well as running a successful team in the kitchen. guys i’m starting to think he lied about the clips

From what I have read on this application it seems well thought out and pretty descriptive. The only problem with this is its not very original, I've seen many GM applications in the past for many things (including my own at one point), I just don't see any real original ideas. If I saw that I would consider possibly a +1 but that isn't the only complaint I have. When it comes to your activity on the server while yes your are active, the way you present yourself on the server is not ideal. Quite a few of the interactions I have had with you have been rather unprofessional, and while I know this is just a game it does not give you the ability to think you are better than other people purely based on the letters in your name. I do believe that you have a chance in the future but at the current point the evidence that I have presented here proves to me that you are not yet mature enough on the server to gain access to the GM role, get more involved with the community, talk to more of us older players and let us get to know you more that will help you a lot. As well as that try to be more chill and relaxed that is one thing a lot of people look for in someone they can respect and trust and it will go a long way in helping you to become well known, like, and respected on the server. As someone who has made plenty of mistakes in the past (more than I can count) it takes much more than time and effort to become a GM it takes respect from the community and visible passion and originality. I can promise you we hate cookie cutter events and some GMs do them and its annoying. Listen to the community and gather some ideas from your peers. Then once you have that you can create some pretty cool original ideas. To finish this off you seem like a good kid with good intentions, I'm just not sure you able to properly express those yet but I do believe in the future you can achieve them.
